Location Decor. Was like walking onto a bat cave. Also didn't have hot water for 2 days but still had to pay 500 per nite. Also got charged 8 times for Internet even though we're only there 7 nites. Overall didn't like hotel and would not stay there again not would I recommend it to friends

Had a nice stay, the suites were spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning in my room was not up to the mark and needs improvement. The hotel should offer free wifi to its room guests, most hotels in the US do,so that's a drawback.

Super hotel in excellent location to see NYC. The 2 room suite suited our needs well - especially as we're a large family of six. Good view from windows on 23rd floor! Would stay here again.

Location Beds too small - not really double sized, more like 3/4 sized - not good for 2 x Adults! Bathroom too small & very basic. Wardrobe too small - only big enough for 1 x persons clothes, NOT a family of 5! Rooms quite basic, and NOT really suitable for family of 5 (with older children). When we booked we were lead to believe we would have a massive family room - we ended up with what we would call a twin bedded room, with a sofa bed in the lounge!

Staff wants to do everything they can to make your stay more enjoyable. The pull out bed was very uncomfortable. Only a child could sleep on that bed.

Staff were very accommodating, good sized clean room, exactly as depicted on the pictures online. Great location for a first time trip to nyc. So close to all major attractions and subway. We wanted to store our bags for a few days whilst in Washington and my husband checked the night before and was told yes but in the morning the manager said no they do not accept bags. Luckily we had already found out that they could be stored at Penn Station otherwise could have been a problem. That would be the only problem we had at the hotel. Would recommend the hotel to friends and relatives and would stay there again.

From the time we registered until we left everyone was very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect! We were in the city for a concert and could walk where ever we wanted.
