Sijainnista ja pienen luksuksen tunnusta.

Huone ei ollut kovin moderni

Paikka todella hyvä. Jos haluaa asua New Yorkin keskustassa väen paljouden keskellä mutta omassa rauhassa tässä loisto valinta. Rauhallinen ja sai olla omissa oloissaan.

Hotelli todella vaikea löytää. Vaikka ulkona oli kyltti niin ala aulassa vartijat eivät tienneet missä olivat töissä. Kun heiltä kysyi onko tämä etsimämme hotelli sanoivat ettei tämä ole hotelli.Kiersimme tunnin keskustassa etsimässä hotellia vaikka olimme jo käyneet ala aulassa. Eli hotellin löytäminen ja ymmärtäminen, että olet hotellin aulassa on hankalaa. Hotellin pitäisi paremmin tuoda itsensä esiin aulassa. Kun menimme toisen kerran ja " puskimme" vartioiden läpi löytyi hotelli joka olikin oikein mainio. (vaikka tämä ei ole reklamaatio, tähän hotellin tulisi kiinnittää huomiota, koska monet voivat mennä harhaan kuten me)

Erinomainen sijainti Times Squarella; meidän huoneistostamme näkymä suoraan aukiolle. Tilava, hyvin varusteltu huone (kahdelle). Siistit tilat, hyvä ja asiallinen palvelu. Kahvinkeitin ja jääkaappi huoneessa. Isot televisiot (ellei näkymä kadun vilskeestä riitä)

Hotellin aamiainen melko kallis. Vaikka huoneessa minikeittiö mikroaaltouunilla ja altaalla, ei mitään ruokailuvälineitä

Lähellä kaikkea, tärkein asia varatessa tätä hotellia. Liikenteen ääni ei kuulunut huoneeseen. Näkymät hyvät 36:sta kerroksesta, varauksessa luvattiin huone korkealta ja se myös piti paikkansa.

The hotel is a highrise (43 floors) located on Times Square, but due to the height, there is no noise from the streets coming in. A family hotel with a small but nice gym, a decent restaurant (although there are plenty alternatives in walking distance) and good size rooms (we had a king size suite: 2 king-size beds and a foldaway coach/bed. Key feature is location: to explore NYC, it's a great; walking distance from great sights and the near subway stations will take you in few stops to anywhere. Staff is extremely helpful and the doorman always knows where to go best for food, shows, tickets to theaters...no need to buy anything in advance, it's all right there

I thought about it for a while, but can't think of anything really... just a good place to stay. One thing about the location: you either like times square or you don't but it won't go away; it's 24/7. Secondly: check rates on other sites including their own... not necessarily the best deal you can find on the web.

The location of the hotel is perfect.

No free wireless internet connection in the hotel room. Breakfast no value for money, you send guests to the nearby MC Doanlds with this breakfast price. The double bed room we booked for 3 adults was in fact a double single bed room with a divan with a horrible matrass to sleep on.

We liked the location, the good services, politeness (staff) and the fast action when required.

The cupboard space is minimal for 2 people travelling for a longer period of time. The hotel simply deducted an amount from our credit card without giving us an invoice or any other proof of costs incurred.

The room was quite large and we enjoyed having the sitting room to relax in. The location on Times Sq is perfect for the shows and evening entertainment on a city break.

Better cafe/coffee faciltities would be good.

I can't recommend the Double Tree Suites Hotel on Times Square highly enough ! Absolutely fantastic location, lovely big comfortable rooms, all the staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help. They very kindly printed off our boarding passes for our return journey home. I would definately choose this hotel for my next visit to N.Y. Keep up the good work !

There's nothing they can do about it, but it would be nice if the bar had a view of Times Square !

My daughters favourite toy cat was scooped up with the sheets. I contacted the front desk and they had the cat returned to me within half an hour. I was very impressed!

The concierge one evening was rather distracted and rude when we went to pick up our theatre tickets. We asked her where we should eat as a family for dinner and she shrugged us off with little information.
