Reception staff on check in were very friendly and professional, checked us in very fast. Room was very nce and comfortable with nice bed and all the equipment in the room.

I had avery good experience at this hotel, I got in to the airport after 8pm however everything went smoothly. The shuttle bus picked me up from the airport minutes after calling( there is a handy airport hotel phone at baggage pickup) and dropped me off on time the next day. The room is spacious and safe(I am a female), at check-in the receptionist, on her own, put me on the 6th floor, and after a delicious room service meal and a good shower,I slept soundly on really a comfortable bed with plenty of "just right" pillows. There is an excellent workout room with pleny of machines and on top of it all you get a delicious cookie at check-in.

There is not enough lighting to properly see the whole room at one time and the bedside lamps are rather weak.Please, all hotels put in a overhead light,it is a recurring theme. In my room there is one narrow window, not much light in the day.

We booked a room through booking.com as a "deluxe economy" with an extra sofa but when we arrived the hotel informed us that this type of rooms do not exist. THe staff was very helpful and brought us an extra bed but there is something definately wrong with the booking system!

Was close to the airport as a stopover after a long flight before carrying on with our trip.

18 Dollars plus tax for a film our 7 year old daughter accidentally purchased. Explained to staff but still had to pay.

The time it took to get room service. We waited nearly 2 hours for a meal that was cold! We now know why there wasa microwave in the room. Excuse was a problem with the computer that issued receipts! Staff with more initiative would have hand written a receipt. We perceived the hotel was understaffed. It is in need of rennovation (dull, washed out colours of decor and furniture, very poor lighting and aging plumbing) and overall quite depressing.

Overall good business hotel with all facilities needed -- free parking, free wifi and a very comfortable room with a nice working desk.

Area declined over recent years, especially Greens Point Mall. Reservation was again poorly handled !

Hotel conveniently located near airport and close to many oil and oilfield related companies. Nice rooms with ample work space & free wifi.

Reception poorly organized with bookings. Quick to pass responsability to others including booking.com and even faster to offer you a higher priced room !

Great place for a stop over if you have to overnight in Houston

The service at the bar/ restaurant was very close to the worst that I've ever experienced!

This room and hotel was not so clean, and add cost of breakfast was high

I only stayed one night while waiting for a next day flight, therefore it was very convenient its location near the airport and the free shuttle between the airport and the hotel was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Het duurde 20 minuten alvorens men mijn reservering kon vinden. In totaal waren er 3 man mee bezig.

A proposta era um pernoite entre escalas de voos internacionais. Mas o hotel é tao acplhedor, com bons staurantes e areas de lazer aprazivzis que se tornou um programa a mais.Confortavel, staff atencioso e super bem equipado e super silencioso. Nem uma lebranca que se esta ha 6 km de um aeroporto intercontinental.

Para ser perfeito, pede apenas mudanca no ar condicionado, cujo modelo, por ser antigo, é bem barulhento.

Trying to get the shuttle to come pick us up was stressful. It was not clearly stated on the web-site that the shuttle was only available between certain hours. Also, the phone at the airport that I was required to use was in very poor working order and difficult to use.

When I complained about not getting a king bed, the staff person gave me a credit toward food...that was nice, but I'd have preferred to have gotten what I booked.

I booked a king but they gave me a double. They said you cannot really book a king, only request it (I.E., it's not guaranteed), but the booking system through booking.com suggests otherwise.

We had booked a king bed room and were very disappointed after booking weeks ago that in fact we got a double bed room. My husband and I had a most uncomfortable nights sleep. He is quite heavy so sleeping in a double bed is most unsatisfactory. We had planned to stay for 3 more nights at the end of our visit to Houston but have decided to change hotels where we can be guaranteed a king bed room. Why bother to book a specific room type if that is not guaranteed when one arrives? We would recommend the hotel but under this advisory.
