Aside from reception staff person who tried to help with wifi connection, other reception staff were not customer oriented, unwilling to go extra mile, or offer any info, even though there were no other customers waiting. Very unimpressive. I had to ask about the complimentary breakfast, No info volunteered. I had to ask about services available, nothing ever offered, and info in the room not specific to that particular hotel, ie gym, etc. when asked about breakfast, the response was, we assume that guests who are eligible for it already know and we don't need to tell you about it. Or apparently where it is, time available, etc.
The restaurant staff and chef very nice, food excellent.
