Decent value.

Halfway through the evening, a leak sprung in the bathroom ceiling. When I woke up in the morning, the entire bathroom was wet, including my personal belongings. No actions were taken to remedy this, except the front desk told me they would "waive the parking." Considering it's self parking, and not even valet, a $10 fee to begin with seemed unnecessary.

Loved everything.....Stayed there with my daughter & Grandson and it was wonderful!!!

Rooms very comfortable, food and drink good, very convenient for the office, shopping and restuarants in the evening.

Location. Cookies were a nice touch.

The main thing I noticed in comparison with other similar priced business hotels was the lack of complimentary coffee service in the lobby. Room coffee is typically sub-standard and few use it. It is nice to be able to come down and get a good cup of coffee without having to dress and go to the restaurant, etc. Also, the dress of the staff was somewhat shabby given the business class of the hotel. Shirt and ties were not neat or professional. Not just a matter of being too casual, but somewhat sloppy. Not a good reflection on the leadership or training.

Actually.. Booking.com took the whole price from my visa card.. And when I cam to the hotel.. They told.me there is no payment!! And they refused to meke the check out without paying them! Now I am having this problem.. Could.someone from booking.help me solve.it!!

Hotel staff where very friendly, their service was excelent, very helpful, excelent experience! Thank you, hope too return soon.

That we were provided with cookies when we checked in, and the beds were comfy.

our bathroom was not clean, it still had urine spray on the top of the toliet. I was disapointed in this alot. If I were able to leave and check in some where else I would of.

I liked how you were given a bottle of water and delicious cookies for each person that was staying in the room. I also went to the hotel restaurant for breakfast and everyone was so nice and willing to help with all your needs.

I do not have anything bad to say about my stay.

令人感激的是，我来酒店的路上导航仪丢失信号了，我的英文很不好，但是也只能用糟糕的单词给酒店打电话，这- 是我唯一的稻草了。酒店的先生非常耐心，急人- 所急，给我找路，告诉我后面怎么走，电话打了很久。我非常感谢他。所以从来没写过评论的我，第一次写个评语- 表达我对他的感谢。 酒店停车和wifi免费，停车方便，开车出去很近有个很大的购物中心，停车也免费。所以非常适合自驾游，中- 途休息。 这个城市非常干净、安全，所有的人都给人感觉高素质。给我很好的感觉，以后还会去。 顺便提一次下，我的房间沙发可以打开，变成一个1米5的床，正好给了儿子，所以一家三口睡的很舒服。 在餐厅吃了熟的牛排，味道不错。

Didn't mention to us that the coupons for breakfast are adult only. We have to spend extra money for that. Overall, it's good.

Fire alarm woke us at 6am , staff did not apologize or at least comp us breakfast or 10% for the inconvenience of waking us up and going to the lobby.

No supervision at pool for kids, need curfew! Too many kids running wild ! Even late ! No refrigerator in room, messy pool area

Las instalaciones son buenas el lugar esta limpió y ordenado, la ubicación es muy buena ideal para pasar una buena noche y seguir con las vacaciones

Tuve qué revisar la tarifa de acuerdo al monto q me esta am cobrando en el check out no correspondía con la reservación me estaban cargando 30 usd más. El estacionamiento cobra 20 usd adicionales. Hice reservación para 3 y solo me dieron desayuno para 2 personas tuve q comprar un adicional
