Rooms are clean and comfortable.

although the room wasn't ready when I came, the staff was friendly. My friends and I weren't in a rush, so it was no big deal

The staff was extremely: reception (Mildred was fantastic), restaurant, and room cleaners. roomes were very clean. Breakfast OK. It's a 5 minute walk to the Newport Path station and that's 15 minutes away from NY 33rd street and 2.25$ one way cost.

Check your bill at the end of your stay as I had a different rate than the one I had with booking... but they did modify the rate and apologize.

The bar and restaurant were dissapointing. The sunday buffet was pitiful and understaffed. Went somewhere else.

Excellent accommodation and staff, NJ is well placed for public transport to all NYC districts, but lots to do there as well.

They gave us maps and didn't tell us that we had to pay them... They didn't explain us that we need to pass with our parking ticket at their desk to make it stamp before going out...

Proximity to Path and light rail made rental car unnecessary. Excellent housekeeping staff and manager. Friendly service oriented desk and valet personnel went the extra mile to guarantee a pleasant stay. Arrival cookies were a nice treat and well equipped suite allowed comfort flexibility and spaciousness with a gorgeous river view/NYC skyline view. Housekeeping retrieved property left from my arrival night stayand had it waiting for me when we returned 3 nights later.

Cash only parking/valet required a trip to the bank. Notice of this before arrival would have permitted better planning since we are accustomed to having parking on our hotel bill and requiring cash only for in-and-out tipping.

Location is good. Fast travel,to Manhattan.

Worn down. Expensive. Not a good value for the money. Rooms smell like converted smoker rooms and are quite small and dark.

Conveniently located for travelling to New York with excellent connectivity to the NJ Path and HBR Light Rail. Rooms are comfortable and there are good options for eating nearby. Newport Mall being next door shopping is taken care of.

They were not able to make a transaction on my corporate travel card and I had to pay using my personal credit card. It was surprising that all over NY / NJ for all kinds of transactions I was able to use my travel card but for the transaction at Double Tree they were not able to use this card.

The beds were very comfortable and the staff attentive and helpful.

Breakfast was an extra 13$ per person and you also had to pay for internet in your room. You could access free internet in the lobby though if you had your own laptop.

Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean.

Extra charge for wi-fi and continental breakfast.

Convenience to NYC at lower price. Jersey City was quieter than NYC.

Itr was situated at a reasonable distance from new york Easy accessable using the PATH trainline. The cost was reasonable with very good facilitys we thoroughly enjoyed our stay Thank you

They were cleaned and nice. A little costly and no free parking. But over all, it was a nice stay.

Alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren super freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Der Blick auf Manhattan vom 10 Stock war atemberaubend.

We had the suite. It was much bigger than the name Jr. lead me to believe. I liked how close it was to the PATH and how beautiful the coastal walkways were.

No fan in the bathroom.

le fait qu'il ait fallu argumenter plus que nécessaire pour obtenir le prix du petit déjeuner prévu dans la réservation alors qu'on voulait nous faire payer beaucoup plus, dommage.
