Waited too long for the shuttle at Federal Circle. We had another reservation for 10-12-13. We received an e-mail in Malta from Radisson that our reservation was still good. On the night of 10-12-13 we waited 40 minutes for the shuttle. Once we got to the hotel there were between 50-75 in the lobby of the hotel. People were being told they didn't have reservations. There was no where to sit. There were 2 people behind the desk. In frustration my husband went to the head of the line & handed our paper confirmation to the manager. I'm 80 & my husband is 83. After an hour of waiting our reservation was found. We wii never stay there again!
Had to wait for shuttle from airport five times as long as clients to other hotels in same location. First shuttle had barely space for suitcases, so could not take me. Once arrived, I was disappointed with the room, not general Hilton Double Tree standard, particularly the bath room which was miniscule and the shower curtain was smelling of mould! I did not get the feeling that the room was really clean. Not dirty but not clean. I would not use this hotel again.
Noisy, dirty in general, fed-up staff. Could not trust to leave the luggage in the room!
The room was clean, extremely comfortable and noise-proof.
The toilets in the restaurant were quite dirty and I feel like more attention should have been paid to them.

The hotel is old, dirty and uncomfortable.
Big room - comfortable bed.
Room was never cleaned in two days. Bathtub did not drain properly. Lamp did not work. Valet car service which we were forced to used never had our car ready when we called in advanced. No basic ESPN service.
