pool area was nice.

Stayed in room 220. Smelled like old food, noisy employees outside my window below lattice work-talking on phone, garbage truck dumped dumpster at 6 am-waking me right up, carpet dirty.

99 dollars was a good price but did not include breakfast which was included for most others staying there,

Super low water pressure in the shower, gum stuck to the la magazine in room, hotel said booking had cancelled the reservation but booking said they hadn't. Aftef 10-15 minutes this was resolved

Location was excellent.

Fridge was unplugged upon check in. Sink was in too far...too much counter.

The morning shuttle basically ignored us in the morning while we were waiting for it to get to lax to catch our international flight. The driver had chosen the smaller of the two vans and I guess he chose to ignore us so that he wouldn't have to switch van. The ride to the airport was part of the deal; however, the front desk folks also decided to give us the cold shoulder at first. I almost lost my temper and then they gave us a voucher for a cab, although did not call a right size cab. A stand by taxi eventually was contacted and we had to end up taking it with three of us adults and our 12 year old son along with 5 check-in luggage, 3 carry on, and a few more extras. It was a complete circus which was not only funny, but also highly unsafe and risky. We had to do it in order to catch our flight and I blame it on the poor and unacceptable service by Double tree hotel and am thinking about writing a review when I get a chance.

We received a key for our room and found upon entering that it was still occupied! The same thing happened to 2 other travelers that we met in the elevator....

Third shift people were way nicer and sharper than the morning crew.

Great rate for a high end hotel. Good restaurant and bar.

The proximity to the airport.

The carpet and curtains in the room were dirty and had an obnoxious smell. It seemed as though guests ha been smoking in the room although they were advertised as Non-Smoking rooms. They changed our room when we complained but the second one was not much better.

There is no Chinese food in the restaurant! I am not used to eat western food.

It is clean and well arranged hotel, close to the airport and in a very quite and secure area.

Very poor internet conection and you have to stay at the loby area to use ur laptop not in your own room ! and the busniss center all the coputers the net not working propperly !

It's close to the Airport, the parking is free and they offer free transportation to the airport.

They need to teach some of there staff that smiles to the guests cost nothing, and the guest need to feel that he is welcomed being at the hotel.

Excellent hotel - probably the best for LAX and business in El Segundo - close to airport with excellent airport transfers by bus , but off the aircraft approach so very quiet. Staff helpful and room very comfortable - bed, bedding etc

Food pretty ordinary, but there are some good restaurants nearby in El Segundo - use them if you can Breakfast typically very poor if you have the buffet - ask for freshly cooked by the kitchen
