I didn't like the fact that I had no parking option other than valet parking which was horribly expensive ( $ 22 per day with tips every time I asked for my car....sometimes 3 or 4 times a day ).

3/28 evening. Hotel lobby over run with unruly teenagers that were not even guest. There were a group of about 15 girls by the elevators filming with there phones with there dresses up past there waist. Unacceptable behavior!!!
Location! We would have returned because of ideal location.

The fitness center needs some updating as there really is no business center, only two computers in the lobby.
The staff was, without fail, the friendliest of any I have met. They were able to answer all our questions and provided great suggestions. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

I didn't like at one point we saw a roach on the hallway wall. That was disgusting. Other than that no issues.
The staff were out of this world. They were the friendliest people we have encountered. Not one person was rude or disrespectful! That made our stay wonderful! And the cookies didn't hurt either!!!!

Sound reverberates from the lobby and foyer and makes sleeping difficult with rowdy partiers coming in from Beale.
Close to a lot of attractions, occasional live piano music in the foyer, as well as unique touch original building facade in foyer.
October 21, 2014
No outlets on the bedside lamp Blinds did not work Lobby piano music at happy hour was annoying Partyers in the street on Friday night were loud
Outlets on the desk lamp Refrigerator available from housekeeping Nice desk area

The check in process was rough. We got there at 3:30 and our room wasn't ready yet. We walked around on Beale and came back at 4:15 and our room still wasn't ready and there were multiple people ahead of us. We finally got our room at 5:00. Other than that our stay was great!
Easy walking distance to Beale and the Fed Ex Forum. Nice, comfy rooms.

The only down side was the computer downstairs. We went to go print off our tickets for the concert and we had trouble downloading the attachments on the super old OS on the computers available for use. An upgrade is sorely needed. It was our fault for not printing the tickets off beforehand, but it was also inconvenient to have to find another way to get them. This didn't effect the stay at all! It was incredible regardless!
The location for the hotel was prime! We were in town for a concert at the Forum and we were in walking distance of Beale Street, which provided us with plenty of live entertainment and food! The hotel was only a rock's throw from all the best spots and helped us relax in between trips to shops and diners. They even have a buffet in TGI Friday's in the morning!
