The service of the was attentive The smell of the room was sour. Seems as though made the housekeeper didnt clean room. Because of the smell.

I liked the location. The hotel was nasty, parking was horrible, the beds were uncomfortable, and the rooms did not have mmicrowaves. The outside of the hotel was junkie from the work being performed due to water damage. My room had water damage and the wall paper was coming off the walls. The shower did not work.

I like the employees. It was every nice to see senior citizens working. I didn't like the lady bugs in the room. I didn't like the railroad train noise.

The only thing that was positive about this hotel was location! This hotel was dirty, the pool was not heated, the lobby, elevators and vending areas were dirty! Staff management was rude and so was most of the front desk. Our room on a 4 night stay was cleaned barely I had to wipe down my own bathroom counter tops, there were cobwebs and massive amounts of dust and debris all over the floor of the second room we were given. The first bathroom had either dried vomit or human waste of some sort on the walls and it was just left there. There was mold and mildew in all three rooms we were given after having to complain teice about cleanliness we were offered a suit which was no better than a no tell motel just a larger room with a small kitchenette. The microwave and coffee caddy were very dirty with dried up creamer and food particles in both the microwave and fridge. I was offered a one night credit for my trouble, I should have had the entire stay credited to me!

This was a nice hotel in a nice location. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was well furnished, clean and comfortable. The vending machines on our floor were not operating or were not stocked. I could not even get a bottle of water to take with my medication.

It was pretty safe, which was a concern I had when going to Memphis. Very clean, pretty classy, especially for the price paid They didn't have my king room available that I ahd booked, so they put me in a double queen room instead.

The room was quite nice and the hotel was centrally located. Comfortable beds. Perfect room for a weekend get away. The sink in our room drained slow but that's minor. We also ran into one employee with a sour attitude but don't expect them to be there much longer. Everyone else was very friendly, even helped us get a cab on Saturday night
