The hotel is situated next to a subway station and it was easy to get both up-town and down-town. We liked the design and interiour - and not least the fact that is was new and clean. We would certainly consider staying there again if the price is good. |

They charge for everything - including the water, and have this ridiculous thing where if you lift anything off the minibar for more than 20secs, you have to pay for it. |

location no lobby, only very few very old chairs even 2 star hotel will not put it there. The excutive room is not the one shown in your website I have been given exactly the standard room which is very small & there is no place to put 2 bags. It is not 4 stars by any mean..?? . I left the hotel next day. |

The mini bar had a 20 second rule that if you removed an item you would be charged for that item. The mini bar was not refrigerated. Felt this was very tacky for a high priced hotel. |

Very busy staff but room not kept clean by maintenance people who must have done something with the bath fittings, without us knowing, and left their mess in the bath. |

My wife and myself stayed in doubletree metropolitan hotel NY for 6 nights.We enjoyed very much the facilities and the service.The fitting room was great but there were no earphones available even if you want to buy. We asked to cancel 10 remaining breakfast meals as part of our deal because there were no vegetables and the reception manager agreed to give us back 80 $ for 10 breakfast meals (i was charged 30 $ for 1 meal or 300$ for 10 breakfast meals !!!) .after some angry talking he credited us in only 20 |
