Standaren var veldig bra,og de ansatte var veldig imøtekommende. Alt i alt et veldig bra hotell. Senke prisene på internettforbindelse på rommene drastisk. Det var urimelig dyrt. Skulle vært mulighet for og oppbevare litt melk,brus etc. kaldt. Det savnet vi. |

Hotellet befinner seg midt på Manhatten, og det er supert. Jeg likte ikke å måtte vente i lang tid før jeg fikk sjekket inn på hotellet. Stor forbedringspotensiale. |

Great location. Friendly staff. They didn't have my reservation when I checked in. I think they found it with my middle name used as my last name. luckily, I had the print out from booking.com |

It was just ok. The price I was quoted on your website was not the price I was ultimately charged - bad customer service on the website's part. I had also requested early check-in due to an early morning arrival on a red-eye flight. They were not able to accomodate me and said they would call me when the room was ready and they did not. It was irritating to have made arrangements based on a hotel's ability to provide early check-in to then not have it be available after all, especially when I was exhausted from a 5 hour red-eye flight. |

is a good choice for a city traveller - located in Midtown east, near many attractions and right beside the subway station. Hotel is cosy, clean and friendly but interior in hotel rooms is a little outdated. The cooling machine in the room could have had a thermostat - now it was either on or off. |

Staff very helpfull & location is brill it was great I know it's picky but carpet in room 1106 needs changing badly but it was a great stay so thank you to them for that. |

Good value for the money. Rooms were clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. Cookies were good! Location is somewhat inconvenient for walking to theaters, shopping, Times Square, etc. Also a little noisy with the police and fire departments located across the street. |

Front desk staff quite nice.check in and check out, baggage storage fast and convenient.Good location near subway. Room was pretty quiet. Not especially clean- carpet, sofa, walls. Part of bathroom w the shower and toilet was very tight. |

staff were friendly,concierge gave good recommendations generally but did not know that they had a special arrangement with a 'limo' taxi firm to get back to the airport - he said that the yellow cabs ( on the meter) were the ones to use. we were upgraded to a king room, from a queen room, but even this was tiny.room needed decorating and bathroom needed to be re furbed really.the bed was the best we have ever slept in,really comfortable and sheets were changed every other day. |

The location: subway is nearby at the corner of the street. Receptionist/ concierge, doormen were friendly and polite, also helpful. The second entrance at the other street to enter the elevators quickly besides de main entrance. We missed a microwave in the room. One receptionist in the evening was not polite: she aswered & hung up so quickly without trying to offer a solution/ advice for her question. When we asked to call the shuttle service for our trip to JFK, we got a wrong bus to pick us up. We had to pay the driver money for this service. He told us that the number we had on our receipt from NY airport service got linked to super shuttle somehow....we had no time to find this out. But maybe it is possible for the hotel to be alert on this, if other customers have their trip booked by this shutlle service. |
