The hotel was not clean. The bathroom had soap residue from the previous customers. Hairs in the bed. The hall way was dirty. The pool was in construction the first two days, so the kids were not able to swim.

Loved the free warm cookie every time I came to the front desk. Loved the wine and shopping on Thursdays!

Great staff met all our needs, answered all questions relating to the hotel and the things we wanted to do in the city. We stayed for two weekends during Ultra, and they were well-prepared for all the guests.

Breakfast shouldn't cost $15. Should be included or cost no more than $10. It's nothing fancy.

The girls at the front desk were very accomodating and helpful. The gentlemen that helped us with our bags were great and friendly.

The people at the first shop across the internet was very deceitful and lied to us about hrs and forced our decisions about making uncertain purchases. The hot tub did not work in the pool area.

Eatting facilities/bar were being renovated.... But front desk staff didn;t seem to know what was open and closed. While in bathroom, a wait staff used the facilities and never washed her hands. Then continued to serve customers and food

Staff were very helpful and professional. I loved the cookies. Bedding is good. Big screen tv in rooms. I just spent the night came late and left early morning. The bus shuttle to the airport is convenient too.

Rooms were not isolated and I could hear my neighbours all night. For the price I paid, that was a pity. Room had a filthy odour and not much spacious. This is the worst hilton doubletree I stayed in. I do not recommend it and will not go there again. It is a pity though as staff, poor them, are the only positive point.

Missing the homey feel that I wanted. It's a sterile business hotel lacking that friendly feeling that I was looking for. The parking was terrible.Lets see, park about a block away and pay $7 or have Valet park car and pay $12. Valet clerk failed to provided ticket for retrieving car. A hotel of this caliber should have free parking close by for its guest. The clerk at the counter did not bill my account correctly for the stay. I had to call him on it as I booked online and saved almost a whole $20. He was not providing me the correct rate until I reviewed the bill and mentioned it. Poor follow through on getting such a simply detail correct.

We stay so near the airport, the room is very good and all happened perfect!!!I loved my only night there and if i have another chance do return, i chose again!!

Everything was a-1 buffet ,food shuttle service the guys in the front took care of baggage get you taxi whatever you needed best hotel we have been at in florida

When we checked in to our room the bed sheets had not been changed.

It was big and empty. It was no nice restaurants in the buildning. One was closed at evening and the other one was big empty and expensive. Nothing to do for the kids like a playroom etc. Will not come back for sure

The bathroom was not that clean as there was hair lying on the floor. The beds were smaller that a normal queen size bed.

I asked for a particular room and got it. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet, with view of a well kept water falls. The room was clean.

Had a very noisy family next to us, almost called hotel security over it. The restruant we looked to eat at in the hotel for dinner was way too pricey, so we ate sandwiches instead of steak.

Was charged $5 for parking, should have been free for guests.

Close to airport with courtesy shuttle, good to stop and rest after a long travel.

Had a room with one bed, while I booked one with 2 beds, I guess this is because the reservation I did was as "smoking"by mistake. I do not like the moquette floor in general.

This was our second time staying there and this time it was horrible!!!!

Nothing!!!!! Room was dirty, garbage of other rooms the house keeper left it in our room and the staff did not do anything about it!!! For the money we paid and for parking this hoitel is one of the worst and would never recommend to anyone!!!
