Super comfortable, quiet, and very clean. Lots of towels, and all extras and amenities were available. I was able to control the temp with in-room thermostat. Staff was extra courteous and attentive. Airport shuttle driver left exactly when he said he would, and got me to my flight with time to spare.
Bathroom did not seem to have a vent fan. Alarm clock would not work (stuck on 4:10 a.m.)
The bath was a little crowded, the toilet tissue holder was not easy to access

Bathrooms were the size of a closet. Parking was ok, no valet or check in service personnel, Access to hotel just sucked hard to get to and hard to get out of. Traffic was horrible.

By check-in, hand over ID and Credit Card. Than we went for a drink in the bar and after the drink we asked for the check. Signed with name and room number and went back to the room for a sleep as we had to be at 5:30AM at the airport. Nearly sleeping, front desk was calling to the room that they did not had my creditcard details??? They demanded me to come down to hand over my Creditcard. So get dressed again en went down. Receptionist told me to go to the restaurant as he was not aware of any issue. At the restaurant 'no, you have to go to the reception'. As I just want to sleep told the receptionist that I will go back to sleep and please don't disturb me anymore. After 30 minutes, I was again a sleep, knocking on my door by the security like I'm a criminal. I Asked for the manager, but he was not willing to come. Is this Hilton?
There was hair in the bathtub, coffee (?) drips on the wall in the bathroom, blood on the bath mat, mold in the bathtub, and a previous guest's underwear in one of the dresser drawers. A previous guest's talcum (?) powder on the coffee stand, and trash along the bottom of my bed. Not impressed.
The hot water was not vary hot
The room was beautiful and the bed was most comfortable! The staff was super, especially Mr. Eddie Shepherd at the check in counter on the evening shift! Very nice staff! Enjoyed our stay!

Our check in was very smooth both times.I actually had 2 check-ins (Tabitha Wilson) and the cookies were so delicious! "Serenity" was very helpful at check in and addressed a concern that we had with the new security at the building. Beds were super comfortable, hallway smelled nice & fresh. Front desk service was great overall. Supervisor/mgr allowed a last minute change in reservation even though booked through a 3rd party. Thank you!!! Conveniently located along bus stop route.
Pool sign says open at 6am-and yet no one had the key to open...we really were looking forward to that. The pool bar never opened.
Clean comfortable bed. The most important thing.
One elevator was not working for most of our stay and the wait was long for the other. Very annoying. I'd also like to see your shuttle make a stop at the Ponchartrain Center. Cost me a fortune in cabs for the stay.
