Thus hotel is a great location. Walking distance to everything.
The hotel is out dated. The room floor felt dirty and the room felt real muggy. I don't think I would stay again.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. However the rooms don't have a refrigerator or microwave like stated and the room did have a smell.
Being awakened at 2 am by a drunk guest being loud in the hallways at 2 am
valet parking was expensive
Friendly staff. Good location. Comfortable beds
Housekkeping left filthy sink from previous guest. Looked like someone shaved a full dirty beard in the sink and it was never cleaned. I called on it twice but they never came to clean it. I was given a credit upon check out for my parking for the inconvenience. Very noisy hallways!!
The one that checked us in was rude
Love the warm cookies
Bathroom was to small couldn't get to shower with door open!
The staff was unhelpfull and uncaring. Porters did not even offer to help with luggage. Room had old dark stained capeting. Water was leaking from the ceiling of the bathroom. The rates for the double tree by hilton New Oleans are comparbale to those charged by the Hilton Riverside - but in all apects not even close to quality, comfort, cleanliness, etc etc etc. Do yourself a favor and avoid the Double Tree by Hilton New Orleans.
Location of hotel
Right across the street and closest hotel to Harrah's.
Not having its own parking structure attached to hotel.
Requested corner room may 9, 2014 , arrived July 2, 2014 accommodation was not granted due to an oversight not reading the resv before my arrival , the extra requested items for the room not granted until requested upon arrival. Very poor service at the bar /restaurant .
The rooms were small...
Rooms were clean & had very comfortable beds. Hotel is right across casino.
Parking!!!! It cost 38$ a day to valet park at hotel!!
front desk staff was friendly
too pricey...had to wait too long for valet to go and get car...not much of a view from bedroom
Location and price.
This hotel is in need of a major renovation. It is filthy and in major disrepair. We checked out within hours of checking in, it's that bad!!
Friendly and helpful staff
No refridgerator in room for cooling drinks. Internet expensive
no hotel parking except by valet only and for a high price.
Pretty much everything!
The road construction was hard to get around.
The bathroom was small
Very expensive its not worth it.
The staff was very accommodating when we requested extra towels and pillows, and adding an extra night was seamless!
Easy access to river and French quarter.
The parking that u have to pay to keep your vehicle there. Not the best thing I have seen. The breakfast was cold and expensive would of been better going to McDonald's
The warm cookies.
I would have preferred plain chocolate chip .
