Slow crowded elevators
Room can be a little small
Great location, comfy bed and decent shower.
Other than location the rest of the experience was pretty poor. The rooms are tiny (first visit to NYC so this may be standard!), very dated decor, poor staff service (they were all very grumpy!) and the lift is a nightmare, always waiting for ages! Didn't eat/drink in the restaurant so can't comment there. Definitely expensive for what it is.
Location, staff and room.
Staff was indifferent . As though I didn't belong . Still charge for wi fi - few places do No refrigerator .
Comfort, and staff in the adjoining restaurant took care of us with hot water, and salt to help my ailing daughter. They were great. Parking with discount across the street. GREAT!. The room was in the back, which kept us away from street traffic noise.
Room pretty small. Neighbors were pretty loud fairly early in the morning, disturbing sleep.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
We were near the elevator and people were talking loud outside our door at night.
Location Car park
-Well, all you need when travel to NY is a good location. This hotel sits right next to Empire State Building, close to all the fun around. And actually, it was all we needed during our trip, so sort of forgave the negative things about it. -Complimentary wi-fi. -And of course, free warm cookies :)
-Grumpy men at reseption desk. -Super small rooms. And closet. We had to put our jackets on the floor and chair, since they did not feet inside the closet. Beds are also too short. My 6 feet tall husband's feet were nearly hanging down from the side of the bed )) -We stayed for 4 days, but received only 1 set of shampoo and conditioner. Last day we had to go downstairs and ask for new shampoo. That we had to wait for like 20 minutes to be brought to us. -Our coffee mashine in the room was broken. The stuff said "We'll be at your room to check it out" and never showed up. -We had to ask a maid to bring us another coffee mashine, and, alas, she left and we never saw her again... One good thing is that we asked for complimentary coffee at the hotel restaurant because of that situation, and got it. -The grumpy man on reseption desk was not capable to provide us with a cab phone number, since we could not catch a cab available. He said "I can catch it for you". Fun )) Well, as I said above, we forgave these little things. But wanted to mention them))

Tea wasn't replenished
15 minute walk to Times Sq, 5 to Herald Sq. Staff was always helpful and smiling. Plenty of hot water. Great discount on parking, paid $25 per night.
A little worn in spots.
There was construction noise in the middle of the night.
Rooms particularly small & poor lift services
staff were very helpful & friendly
A couple blocks from the subway, or a nice walk to the Empire State Building and Times Square. Affiliated parking across the street was very reasonably priced.
Neighborhood good but not great. Ordered a room with Empire State view, but got a room on the other side of the hotel. Missed the 24-hour parking cutoff by 30 minutes and was charged an extra day.
Very clean, great location close to main NYC tourist attractions and lots of subway lines. Although you want to be in an area amongst nice bars and restaurants further downtown would be preferable. Staff were helpful and responsive, especially the bellboys. Value for money in Midtown NYC.
Very good location, easy to find, close to paddington station.
location free internet bed
Wild privacy/check in policy: the hotel was NOT full. We had made two separate room reservations. One of us is Hilton Honor Diamond level... In spite of that we could not check in into one room since a flight was delayed and the person's name on the reservation was still in the air. We had two people sharing that room. Had to make a confcall and needed the room. We had to wait till 9pm to check into a prepaid company booked room! We showed them business cards and credit card under which the reservation was made and paid. No luck. Worst case scenario: we were lying to them they would have sold one more room. The manager never showed up to talk to us. We will never stay at this hotel again.
The convenience of the location and the ease of checking in and out.
The staff was very nice, and the overall stay was comfortable and relaxing
The Hotel has all the amenities one would wish for. Front desk staff were excellent. The location is perfect for first time visitors. One exceptional staff was Les in the Restaurant who went out her way to ensure my small niggle was sorted in a most pleasing and unexpected manner..
Staff were super friendly even at 1am when I arrived. Also very helpful the next day, holding bags and sorting a cab.
The Location was excellent, close to Times Square
No views of the city from my hotel room
