I liked everything about this place. Great location and close to the train station which u can travel to the four boroughs.. Manhattan,Bronx,Queens,Brooklyn. Feels like home
Very cosy room, very comfortable bed, all the room facilities were great. The location is great.
Half the STAFF is terribly rude, the other half are not understandable. A simple action as calling the room service to order a salad can be quite a big challenge, because their english is terrible. I personally speak spanish, so asked them to speak in spanish instead, but still it was difficult to understand. The guys at the check out were SO rude, I was sooo shocked that the amazing group Hilton is being represented by people that treat the customers in such a rude way. Overall, the hotel is great, but I'd only stay again if the price was 90% cheaper. You literally pay a high price ONLY for the location.
Bed was comfortable, TV and room were nice and clean. Staff was wonderful and helpful Cookies were wonderful Buffet breakfast was very good Everything was clean
Very small bathroom, couldn't open the toilet seat without knocking off the toilet paper. shower was tight too. Elevators VERY slow. For the price we paid, WiFi should be free
Easy to get to by subway. Reasonable price. Rooms are small but quiet and comfortable.
Quieter than Times Square , lovely hotel hidden in a side street. Great restaurant on ground level.
You have to pay for wifi and not enough lifts for number of floors
The free cookies
I did not like the paid WiFi and the baggage service.
The hot morning cookies
Everything about the hotel espercial the size of the room and the washroom was bad.
Staff Rooms Price Welcome Location
Location nice staff Clean room
The hotel made a mistake with my reservation, so I had to be transferred to another hotel for one night. Room service doesn't deserve the name. I ordered a bottle of water for 5dollar and was told that for this small amount of money nobody would be sent to my room and I had to go downstairs and get it myself. Heating system is horrible. Blows hot air in the room. Thus the air gets so dry that I got problems with my throat every night. When I left after three days, I was sick Very thin room doors. you can hear everything.
great location; friendly staff
The bed we had is only 1.8m long and it's too short for us.
Comfy and nice hotel. We got a very good deal
Location is not the best one for nightlife but it is very close to a metro stop and the charging bull of Wall Street
Location is excellent. Hotel is what you would expect from the Hilton group
The location was perfect. Close to transportation. If u are a tourist close to many sights. Bed was wonderful. Rooms good size and super clean
Nothing in particular. My only complaint is the same with many hotels. No outlets near the bed for iPhone and iPad hookup. No TV channel guide to make it easier to find specific shows. But these are minor things
Rooms were seperated by doors and you could hear everyting that was going on in the other room
Comfy beds, cookies, free wifi, location, nice staff
Rooms tiny, hallways really small and depressing, view not good
I very much liked every thing about this property. We eat lunch in the restaurant it was delicios for the money.
Good location Plenty going on in the neighbourhood Good public transport access
Slow check in Poor staff contact
Comfort Staff Location
Waiting for Elevators
The staff, rooms, location and bed was the bomb! I love this place and will not stay anywhere else. The price was more than fair. Love, love, loved it!
Elevators were a little slow but that's to be expected in a high rise. Also, it took them over 30 minutes to check us in but it was Halloween night and all the goblins were apparently staying at the DoubleTree. They did comp us free wi-fi for our inconvenience.
clean rooms, the shower was awesome and the staff were friendly
The elevator is very slow and the lobby is on the second floor so things can take awhile to move during peak times make sure to plan accordingly
This was a typical hotel catering to business travelers. This is quite close to the Battery park and other sights in the FiDi such as the Bull, NYSE and the Freedom Tower. The hotel was close to the subway line (bowling green and others) and has a DuaneReade right around the corner. It also has an Italian restaurant downstairs as well as a pub.
Paid Wifi. Not worth the upgrade to higher floors with city views.
Excellent hotel for weekend stay as Wall Street empties out! Highrise with views over the Hudson River. Close to shops, restaurants, the Staten Island ferry (free crossings with the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island in view); across the street from the Customs House housing the Smithsonian's Museum of Native American Indian (free)
WiFi/Printer setup in main lobby
