* The Location * The Resturants * The Pool * A Clean Hotel * A Great Bed
* Room was not ready till 4:00 PM * Room Air Conditioner leaked through roof for 2 nights after maintenance was called and the study dripping kept us awake * The room did not match the booking pictures
I loved the staff, they were very helpful. I was pleased with the size of the room.
I enjoyed the lobby in the ambience of the hotel, I enjoyed it and the stuff were very welcoming. However, the location of the room was unexpectedly far, I had a lot of luggage this was extremely exhausting. By the way, the hallway had no ventilation, it was very hot.
The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. My daughter was offered cookies as soon as we arrived and she felt very special. It was overall a very nice visit.
The price for the room was amazing and I love how the restaurants and bars are in the hotel. You don't have to worry about driving :)
The restaurant is a little pricy but worth it and the lounge had a dress code and a cover charge and had no idea till we were in line ready Togo in :/ we did end up going in the cover charge was 15 bucks and the dress code required dress shoes. Who actually wears dress shoes going out unless u know there is a dress code :/
The location to the airport and the bell man that helped me with my bags at 4:30 in the morning, drove me to the airport and helped me get all the bags to curbside check-in - he was the best
Poor room location, layout of hotel bad - had to go to the 3rd floor to cross over an overpass to get to my room on the 1st floor. The first room I was sent to was filled with a smoke smell (heavy). I ordered room service and the food was bad and the menu was very limited. Bathroom kind of icky - I would stay at the Ontario Airport Hotel (formerly the Hilton) on my next stay..
Staff was very friendly. We arrived 2 hours before check in time, got our room right away. Very nice clean quiet room. Room service dinners were delicious, best we have ever had. I had the pork chop and my wife the chicken. My wife liked hers so much she tried to get the recipe, plus the food came in 30 minutes.
The room and building 2 decor were done in a very soothing and pleasant palate. The pool and fitness facilities were clean and well maintained. My kids loved the pool and courtyard area. My mattress was amazingly comfortable. The sheets were clean and crisp. The coffee samples in the room were delicious and the cookies at check in were a nice touch. All of the staff I encountered was friendly and courteous.
My housekeeping staff was sub par. There were two separate occasions: one when I found a piece of macaroni and cheese on my office chair and some cheese residue on the desk. The second incident was my youngest had a bed wetting incident. I intentionally pulled the sheets off the bed for housekeeping to see the obvious stain - the same sheets were instead put back on the bed. I had to call the front desk. Also the neighboring room was smoking what smelled like marijuana the entire weekend and the air vent above the sink just outside the bathroom was so clogged and dirty I was cautious about using the a/c and opted to just open the patio. But with the smoke from next door...
The quite atmosphere of your back property. The bed and pillows were ok.
No safe in the room. Hard, square, small bathtub.
The room was fine, and the pool and garden are pleasant enough.
The room was in the new building and felt very far from the lobby. The hotel had been taken over by a state-wide middle school leadership conference - so there were noisy kids everywhere till midnight. Not great for a quiet sleep the night before an important professional exam. We asked for a quieter room, but the staff told us that the kids were in every part of every building, so there was no getting away from them. Would have been nice to tell us that before we booked.
Clean Classy & Very Curious
Has everything available you don't need to go out . But still is a good walking and driving distance from food and shopping . Even it being close by the airport I never woke up by the sound of the planes which was my concern at first .
The Starbucks workers need to work how the drinks are made order same drink in one day tasted completely diff from each other . And was pretty messy. I know their limited to what they make compare to the real Starbucks so I just would cross the street to the real one for a real mochiatto.
The experience was great. Everyone wqs polite and cheerfull
Pillows were comfortable for the first 2 minutes. Maybe i am uaed to memory foam.
Bed was comfortable.
Door knobs were filthy dirty and sticky, no hook or rack for bath towels so you have to lay your towel on the ground for use when you go to get out of the tub. This a tired old hotel with old wood that is damaged and dirty carpet in the public stairs area. The dirty door knobs were a deal breaker for me. I did call the hotel to report. And who wants to lay their towel on the ground. (There was someone else's xxxxx hair on the bathroom floor when I arrived.)
All things were great with exception of notes provided. Enjoyed the room, roomy and easy access. Food via room service was good. Breakfast in hotel was good and staff was excellent. Staff at check in and check out was super, when we told them about our issue w/ the bathroom they discounted our bill w/o asking.Impressive! Staff for gift shop went way beyond in finding hats for my wife, she bought (4)!!!
In bathroom there was a hair on the toliet. 2 pillows had stains on them and need to be replaced or cleaned.
Being close to the convention center. The cookies were delicious.
Quite big rooms good beds
Usually get free breakfast for that price but you can buy something from outside and eat in your room with the coffee machine restaurant were expensive for breakfast
It was a big room with cozy pillows and cozy bed beautiful gardens out our balcony and the coffee bar area in lobby was great!! Clean and cozy which is huge for me I stay alot of places and it's important to me to feel as comfortable as being at home.
Building style was attractive from the outside. Main lobby was very attractive. pool and patio very nice.
Inside halls and walkways were old and musty. Building doors to hard to hold when you have bags and the like.....saw the same paper in the hallway this morning that was there yesterday. It was like too different places.
Been around many hotels & motels specially in the area it's simply the best & best value for money, the most helpful & polite staff, most clean pool. If with family it's great & if for business or transit even better. Coffee, a couple of supermarkets & a lot of food choices within a walking distance.
