The location was fabulous! The staff were extremely friendly, professional and helpful. The view from a corner room was amazing. We ate dinner and then came back for dessert at the bistro. Both times we received excellent service and the food was great!
Location and staff were great!
I LOVED everything about this HOTEL! I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND to EVERYONE!! You will NOT be DISAPPOINTED!
Super friendly staff, clean, quiet, attractive, well-appointed and spacious room. Terrific location. The complimentary cookie was delicious!
I'm too lazy to use those in-room coffee makers and can't abide the dinky three molecules of half-and-half they give you,so I would have appreciated having coffee available in the lobby for breakfast.
Everything was over the top from the cookies and the rooms, luxury, comfortable, and very convenient to places in that area. I would give it 10stars if I could.
false evacuation announcement at 5am and misplaced call from front desk at 6am
close to the venue
bar staff not capable of waiting on multiple people; also hotel front desk personel did not inform us of amenity places
The breakfast could have been run a bit better. Seemed to have been understaffed.
I like the breakfast and the customer service
They told me that I only needed to pay 160.50 but they charged me 199.99 on my card.
Everything about the hotel
The facilites. Entrance, front desk salon, room, etc need to be updated.
Location to our event
The fact that I requested not to be near elevator and guess where our room was...right next to the elevator.
We loved the view, the location, the window seat.
Our attendant on the late checkin was not very friendly.
It was very close to the Merriam theatre which is where we went
The bed spread had a stain on the top of it. Could have been a rust stain from washer but your really should check better it was not a good look
Perfect location for our primary reason for coming to the city of brotherly love ... going to a Philadelphia Orchestra concert. Everything was wonderful!!!
My first stay in any Hilton. For a bit under $100 for 2 this was a real bargain. No complaints whatsoever
- Central convenient location - Helpfulness of concierge staff - Pool a bonus - Access to business lounge very useful for printing tickets and making reservations. - Fantastic view of city from top floor corner room
- Had to ask to have room cleaned twice during 5 days, despite being out nearly all day. - Aircon very noisy and did not leave on at night but put up with a warmer room than would have liked so as to be able to sleep.
room was nice and clean warmed up quickly with the AC
limited milk and tea bags out for two people.
The staff were extra courteous, good breakfast. In the middle of downtown Philly, eateries, shopping centres, location is perfect. Even subway us close by.
Only complain is charged WiFi. All hotels I stayed during our trip offer free WiFi but Double Tree charged. Free WiFi is very important in this digital world.
Location was great, as was the continental breakfast. Staff were fine but didn't go out of their way to be welcoming for the most part. Gym is pretty nice.
Got kind of a gross room by the elevators. Stains on carpet, old towels that were no longer fluffy, scuffed walls, pile of dust in the bathroom. Not a creepy room, just not really worth the money.
Hotel facility was great, with an excellent location for accessing everything I needed.
Don't get the room next to the ice machine! Like an alarm clock it woke me at least once an hour through use, ice making, etc...
Everything was wonderful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very professional. I would stay there again.
Good location, all important sights can be visited by foot.
As a hotel guest $25 for the parking lot for 1 night is too much IMO, considering that I have already paid for the room.
rooms, bathrooms, location,
charge for wi-fi, even for Hilton card holders ,breakfast not included, very noisy lobby,
