No swimming pool Room was very small for four people two teenagers two adults the room had two full beds. One trash can which was in the bathroom, the food at the restaurant was cold. We had the Mexican buffet which only had four items on it. There were store bought hard taco shells, the beef fajitas were cold, and the rice was hard. I have stayed at a Double Tree in El Segundo California and I enjoyed my stay. I will not be staying at the San Diego location again.

I tried to order room service, but was told that I had an old version of the menu. The person taking my order said she'd have the front desk send up the correct menu asap. Well, they were very prompt in delivering the same menu I already had. I called room service again and explained that I now had 2 incorrect menus. She tried to help me choose something similar to the steak I was trying to order; what I ended up with was the worst meal I've ever had. Why did I have outdated menus? Why was the clock in my room over 2 hours fast with no way to change anything other than the alarm? Why was my breakfast order form already filled out and not replaced?

The room had an amazing view on the 20th floor, overlooking downtown and the harbour all at the same time. Stunning. Cozy rooms and comfy beds!

I liked the downtown location. Walking distance to great restaurants in Little Italy. On Saturdays there is a great, fresh air market just around the corner from the hotel.Loved the veiw from our 16th floor window.

I didn't like that the bathroon doesn't have a fan. And the a/c unit seemed to be a little "moist," bad for allergies.

The hotel and its amenities were excellent. The lobby was welcoming. We were especially impressed by the front desk officer when we checked in. Her name was Olivia. She was so warm and made sure our check-in was easy and quick. Internet at most hotel chains are usually spotty. However, this hotel delivered high-quality speed. Rooms were lovely. The bed was just wonderful. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. One of the best we have ever stayed at -- and we have been to a lot!

I really liked the suite that I stayed in.

A week prior to my stay, I submitted a request online for an extra bed to be brought to the room. My request was received, but the extra bed never came. That was disappointing.

There is very little to appreciate from this doubletree experience, aside from a slightely more elegant then a best western as far as the rooms go. The parking was absolutely ridiculous. Its dangerous to say the least, and its absolutely nothing worth charging for to top it off. When we arrived the clerk didn't inform us of any important hotel information, in fact he wouldn't even look us in the eyes to speak to us. We had no options for our room even though we arrived early, and were sent away upon check in. We are loyal guests to doubletree hotels around the us and this was nothing like any other double tree experience we have encountered. It doesn't live up to nor does it cone close to deserving the title of a Doubletree hotel. Very disappointed and it makes me question the standards of the hotel chain.

Helpful, friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room. Convenient location close to bay, little italy, and highways.

Per il centro bisogna camminare un po ma alla fine non è un grosso problema.

O hotel oferece bom custo benefício. Além disso, fica próximo à "Little Italy", havendo acesso fácil a restaurantes italianos de boa qualidade. O acesso, de carro, aos principais pontos turísticos é rápido e fácil.

O funcionários consultados não fizeram boas indicações de passeio e restaurantes.

Situé à proximité de Little Italy et de Gaslamp et du front de mer. Room service et le petit déjeuner buffet sont d'excellentes qualité. Le personnel est très sympathique, serviable et souriant.

Pas de mini-bar dans la chambre.

When we checked in the front desk man was not very sharp or helpful...but he was nice enough. Later when I called down for a cab, toothpaste (because I realized I forgot mine at 11pm), and to let them know that there was a crazy couple screaming at each other for an hour next to my room-they were very accomodating.

There were a couple stains on my duvet cover. The toilet bubble up very loudly through out the night.

El hotel está bien conectado y se encuentra muy cerca de little Italy, con buenos restaurantes. La habitación estaba bien de tamaño.

Dentro de la cadena de Double Tree esta limpio, moderno, centrico, traslados aereopuerto, y esta bien cuidado.

We were welcomed with warm cookies that evening as we arrived. The room was clean and nicely decorated. There was a coffee maker with a good quality coffee, but no microwave or refrigerator. It was near the airport so the planes could be heard taking off, but not too loud. My 2 year old loved watching the planes landing. The water pressure in the shower was not good. The bathroom was very clean with decent quality shampoos and soap. We have a 2 year old, so we were happy that there was an extra child lock on the sliding glass door leading out to the balcony.

For the price it would have been nice to have a refrigerator and microwave.
