the room was horrible, and I would not recommend any one to stay over in a hotel that has smelly old rooms it was quite a shock as going from the beauty and grandeur of the lobby to what seemed like a motel 6 was a nightmare and I wont pay for that again

I loved the lobby and the grand appearance of the hotel the minute we pulled into the property. the fireplace was very welcoming and the warm cookies were a plus for my teenager.

the rooms were VERY disappointing! they smelled old like a stale Vegas hotel room. I was really expecting the rooms to MATCH what I SAW WHEN I ENTERED THE HOTEL and it was horrible . I could have stayed at a holiday in or a motel if I wanted to sleep in a room that smelled like cigarette smoke. (we were on a non smoking floor also) the balcony was more like a dirty fire escape that looked out to the parking lot I was very disappointed and wont stay in this hotel again for the price. I would rather use its lobby and eat there maybe, but would never stay over unless they renovate.

frendly check in and comfortable room

The bed was comfortable! I could've relaxed in the room all day! The jacuzzi and pool were great! The water temperature was just right. Clean facility, friendly staff, love the warm cookie you receive at check in.

Accommodations were great, staff was great, good location, steak restaurant was fantastic (although a bit pricey but that was expected).

Breakfast buffet could have been better. Food was cold, pancakes were rubbery.

There was no heat in my room. I was cold at night. The housekeeping didnt wash the bathtub daily. The hotel was old.

I think we chose the wrong weekend to visit, there was some sort of conference and the attendees were dressed as devils....very uncomfortable. We had wanted to have at the hotel but decided to go out instead...

The door swipe cards kept giving us problems. Hotel staff did their best to solve this issue. Room 424... I hope no one else has to deal with this issue. Rod and Sally

Its closeness to the airport.

The bathroom floor was not all that clean. On another note, the hotel failed to give me a folio when I checked out. They claimed that Booking.com would send it to me. What Booking.com provided when I made my reservation is the room rate, the federal tax and an unspecified city tax. I don't see any reason why I cannot have the folio that is typically issued once a hotel guest checks out.

the hotel is very good...but the location is poor...we spent a lot of time to find it.

it is good location for business travel in San Jose city, and pretty good rest restaurant, so I can have meeting business associates at hotel.

I absolutely love the place!! The rooms are VERY clean! Beds are super comfortable. If you are traveling I totally recommend your stay here!

I liked the assistance and help which I received from the staff, the quiet of the venue, and my room selection.

...parking fee of $18.00 per night although I've paid much more elsewhere. Hotels should provide complimentary parking to all of its guests.

Nice pool & bar area

$19 to park & soap left in the shower with hair on it! Also no free wifi for hotel guests, that should be standard,

The room was great and affordable. And it was right next to the airport which was the main reason for my trip

I did NOT like having to pay for parking. I believe that should be free for staying at this hotel.

Besides shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap, no other complimentary items were in the bathroom as posted sign, why bother putting up the sign??
