I really liked the size of the room... It was surprisingly large.
beds food location great people
The pictures when booking the room were nice.
The room was dirty. Carpet torn. It was nasty. 3 am people in the halls loud, laughing and doors slamming. This went on for 45 minutes. Bad experience.
Nicest staff. I would never expected high customer service.
Front Desk Staff are awesome
Internet was of poor quality in the room No refrigerator at all Parking was not sufficient for the price Ran out of hot water for shower Bathtub drain was very slow Hallways smelled moldy Cockroaches in the bathroom and sink
Very good service!
Bed was very comfortable
The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is conveniently located.
I made my reservation online but forgot to ask about pet policy (we have two small dogs). I called the hotel directly around midnight the day before our stay and the lady that answered was trying to be helpful, but sounded like she was drunk; she didn't know the answer to my question about pet policy and fees, so she put me on hold while she checked. OK. No big deal. I get the hotel the next day, and there is a long line of people in front of us and only two clerks at the registration desk, so it took a while to get checked in. OK. I'm finally checking in, when we realize that we may want to stay an extra night. I ask the registration lady if we can book an extra night at the same room or a different room, and I am told that I need to call the third party agency (booking.com) through which I made my reservation online. I didn't appreciate having to call a third party simply to check if we could book an extra night. But OK. I finish checking in, I go to my room, and I call the third party. The gentleman from booking.com tells me, "sure, let me call the hotel and see if they have rooms available." Exactly. That's what I tried to do, but they sent me to you. But what we really didn't like about this hotel is these two things: The parking lot near entrance where the elevators are located was full, so we had to park on the opposite end of the building, very far away from the elevators; parking was $19.00 per night. Expensive for such inconvenient parking facility. Secondly and most important, our dogs are very well behaved and not generally noisy, and they have stayed in other hotels with no problems. We left for dinner for about two hours and left them in our room. When we returned a security officer knocked on our door and said "there have been complaints about noise and if there is one more complaint we will ask you to leave.
The valet department was superb..
I the ice maker was to far away..
Great locale. Room was spacious and linens were fabulously clean and comfy.
Attended conference here. Convenient from airport. Nice room. Great cookies at check-in. Pretty view over pool area. Friendly lobby bar staff. Rapid transit line which goes downtown is nearby.
Not much else nearby except the casino across the street.
The pool was clean and big.
I didn't like that I was charged for parking.
Nice large clean hotel, helpful staff and large room
Rooms are a bit boring
The staff was kind, helpful. I found the rooms to be spacious and the beds were very comfortable.
I enjoyed the staff - very nice and loved my king size room with the exception of the pillows that did not allow me to sleep... This was my birthday present to me sense I was sick n just wanted some fun time
Suggestion; pillows are to small and n comfortable... I had a King size bed and pillows were to small and soft - using two still was uncomfortable so did not sleep well - lot of twisting and turning
the 25 dlls parking
I liked how vlean and great service in bar area
That there was not tine frame for people older then 16 for pool.. I was hoping to relax and no children in pool area after 9.. but they where in pool and hot tub .. running around without parental watch over
We really enjoyed the swimming pool and the hours it was open. The room was clean and spacious and the beds were very comfortable.
The hot tub was very luke warm and the prices for food was too high.
Beds were comfy
No shuttle service to events at sap center. Steak house overpriced. Prawn cocktail at $18 had 3 prawns and tasted like bleach
Close to airport.
No complimentary water , toothbrush , floss , etc.
Relaxed atmosphere helpful staff
limited lunch options
Big and clean rooms. Friendly staff.
Ridiculous charging for parking ($20 per night). WiFi is also charged ($10) offers very poor and sluggish network. No mini bar and no safe in the room. One night I came back to the room at about 10pm, and the shower wasn't working - no water at all. I called reception and they said there won't be water until 4am. No one notified me about it before hand. After arguing with reception they said they won't charge me for that night. I had to go to sleep sweaty and dirty after a long day of work - an awful experience, which I did not experience even in third world countries.
