This hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Emerald Queen Casino and a 25 minute drive from Sea-Tac International Airport. Rooms offer cable TV and free Wi-Fi. A business center is available for guest use....

An airport shuttle is available at this Seattle area hotel. The Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is less than a 10-minute drive away. The rooms feature a flat-screen cable TV.
Score from 179 reviews Very good
I so close to airport that you could not even here the planes coming and going and it was still quite in my room.
Quiet comfortable room in the tower, much better than on my first visit. The Thai restaurant opposite was excellent. Also note that generally, unless you have a huge amount of luggage it is quicker to walk to the terminal than wait for the shuttle which only runs every 20 minutes and because of the road system has to take a long route round.
A little pricey.
Good location, nice room excepting the sound proofing, good breakfast
Unfortunately we had a drunk and very loud guest on one side at night and a barking dog on the other in the morning which meant we didn't get a very good nights sleep. I suspect this was due to the Broncos Vs. Seahawks match the next day however I think the hotel could have done more to rectify and it certainly shouldn't allow dogs. Also a little expensive given the experience.
It was close to the airport
Everything. Checking was slow, parking is expensive, facility is old and dark, rooms are small and extremely noisy. Needs updating badly. Wouldn't stay there again.
The comfortable beds and hot showers
The walk to the room.
Size of the room was excellent, bed was comfortable
We had an issue with our first room and were moved no problem. However our second room had a leak and the floor into the bathroom was soaking wet. We called several times first for a repair person and some tiwels then to see where the repaur person was , he never showed up. Then the manager called and said they had no comparable room so they would knock 50.00 off our bill and just brought us more towels. They claimed they knew about the leak it was next door and fixed. The next morning all the towels were soaking wet ..so the leak was not fixed.
Cleanliness; central location vis-a-vis Seattle and Tacoma
My parking pass never worked properly
-Proximatey to light rail -cost -helpful staff -good quality room -cookies are always good too
pay parking when staying over night as a guest; undertsand pay parking for park and fly...but lame if just staying over night at the hotel
King bed made with in fitted sheets that were too small.
Close to airport and transportation
This hotel is our home away from home when in the Seattle area. If you want to go into Seattle to visit Pikes, take the light rail from the airport. The hotel shuttle is fast and efficient and will tell you where to get off for the train.
The king bed was fabulously comfortable. I returned from my cruise with a bad cold and napped and slept very comfortably all day. Did want to leave it, not because I was sick , but it was so cozy
Wing 4 was far and isolated from the lobby for single woman traveler-and the hotel did not seem busy. Plus having to either cross the driveway or go up to the skywalk and then back down was very inconvenient.
I always stay at the double tree when I have an early flight. Checking in took a long time and I was the only one at the desk. When we got settled in the room I called for assistance with the tv and no one would answer the call. We finially went to bed and the bar was so loud that it was 1:30am before the noise stopped and then a man and woman were arguing in the parking lot for another hour. We were on the 5th floor. When we left at 4:30a there was no one at the front desk and had to wait for someone to come out. It was the worst start to our vacation. When we finially got to our destination all I wanted to do was sleep.
Clean, comfortable bed and pillows, roomy and very quiet when windows and sliding door are closed.
We stayed for 3 nights and all 3 we had trouble getting out of their parking lot (which we had to pay about $21 per day) because the gate was malfunctioning. We had to call the front desk for them to open the gate for us every single time. It took them about 2-3 minutes to open and by then there would be a line of cars behind us. The first time we had called the person was very rude. You would think paying that extra money just for parking would get it fixed right away.
Convenient to airport and downtown Seattle. Big facility. 24 hour fitness room. Clean.
Staff were not particularly friendly. Gate pass for parking never worked and was talked at accusatorily by attendant on intercom when trying to explain that I had already paid for parking and their gate scanner wasn't working. No in room refrigerator.
The friendly staff
Everything was great
The renovated room was very nice and tastefully decorated. The Crabtree and Evelyn soaps and shampoo were also a nicely scented surprise.
The balcony divider (tower room) should be more solid so that it's not just some metal bars between you and your neighbor.
Quiet. Nice pool.
Guests should not have to pay to park. There should be some sort of breakfast included with stay.
Beautiful grounds and proximity to SEATAC. Accommodating maid staff.
Minimal and inefficient check in/check out staff. Slow airport pickup and drop off. Poor restaurant arrangements and very slow service.
The bed was soft and very comfortable.
TV Remote did not work well. This was reported in the morning to staff. The Bathroom had some large dust bunnies.
Overall good hotel v comfortable beds
Long wait in the early hours of the moring for the shuttle bus
Clean n good bed
1- poor value for money A- staff not helpful B- for such an expensive hotel , no water in room, no suitcase stand, poor furniture, C- my room heater turned out to be air condition . Despite a good bed couldn't get proper sleep - very disappointed
Nice outdoor pool.
Breakfast not worth the money.
Comfortable large room Cookies on arrival
Charge for parking Breakfast not included
