The bed there makes the experience worthwhile, and Spencer's is the perfect spot for a night cap! Water damage in the room ceiling. The rooms need a remodel badly

They were very accommodating with my pet and the maid staff was helpful. Restaurant staff was friendly too. The internet was free and worked well. The small fitness.center was nice. Parking fee

Location is great! Parking is convenient. Breakfast was tasty. Shuttle is listed, but then was unavailable for early flight... Staff didn't think to offer up taxi money, discount or anything as compensation. The hotel is tired (nicely decorated old space with some mildew issues around bathroom vent, old tiles...). Breakfast staff was slow!

Close to Spokane Arena and shopping. Shenanigans Restaurant is right beside, very good meal. Paying $12.00 to park overnight.

We enjoyed our king size room, the waiter down at Spencers was extremely good and the food and wine was amazing!! The only thing I didn't like was my truck was too tall for their parking lot, do I had to pay for vallet parking.

the location the pool and hot tub were down. but it was not the hotle's falt as they have to upgrade the facility for handicap access by city ordanance.

It is very comfortable and the location is great. It is along the river walk and easy access to to downtown. Breakfast is a little pricey.

The cookies are good. The rooms are very comfortable. The front desk staff provided below average customer service (and I had this experience repeatedly during my 3 day stay). Is it really that hard to even say "hello" ?

I loved the picture windows and the great view. The staff were very friendly and helpful Didn't like that we were charged for parking. The parking should be validated since there is no where to park near the hotel. Didn't like the breakfast inside the hotel, didn't seem to go with the luxury of the place. The breakfast lacked professional care. But the staff was very friendly.
