Everyone was very nice and accommodating.
Very professional staff at front counter
Ice machine didn't work had to go to multiple floors before getting any
We got to our room and had no refrigerator or microwave as stated. We called down to the desk 15 min later we were all set! We were here for a cheer competition we have another in March and I've already booked here again!
Very quiet, very clean, great staff
We were in Pittsburgh for a concert and the hotel was an easy walk to the venue. The room was large and clean. Our stay great!
The restaurant was pricey and the food was fair. Many great restaurants around the hotel. While we would stay at the hotel again we would probably not eat at the restaurant again.
Location and bed is great.
The elevator takes way way too long.
Great service and friendly staff.
Traffic noise on 9th floor is still an issue. Go higher if possible. Poor bathroom/ dressing area configuration. Bathroom is too small to dress in. Dressing area is right in front of entrance door with no way to close off area for privacy.
Location is fine; internet worked well; convenience store in the same building
Noise from the street (even at 11th floor); continental breakfast for 11$ is a bit stiff; AC noisy
The staff was friendly and helpful, the shuttle a great asset and the room was well appointed and laid out. I particularly liked that the desk was around the corner from the bed allowing for writing without disturbing fellow traveler.
I had hoped for a better price, but it was as good as any I found downtown.
Location in downtown Pittsburgh is pretty convenient for getting around - by car. Onsite restaurant is convenient and pretty good. We had late night 'snacks' one night, which we all enjoyed. Parking - easy access on street level (level 2) with valet option. Service was friendly Price was fair
Location. Next to very noisy connector area - sounded like a freeway all night long, even though we were on the Hilton Honors 12th floor! With earplugs in I still heard the cars and lots of sirens. Rough sleep. Beds: Uncomfortable. Both of us had stiff backs/joints, and our son had it worse on the sofa pull out. WiFi - atrocious connection, often interrupted. Breakfast was so-so (egg white frittata was surprisingly tasteless and rubbery), and room service not so hot (took 45 min, when told 20-30, food was tepid, no salt/pepper - for eggs) Cleaning staff: Never got to our room. We were out from 9am - 3pm, and then wanted to rest awhile, so we put out the privacy sign.
Ideal location for all sporting venues. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cookies are awesome!
No small fridge for cold drinks or snacks.
The room was pretty nice. Bed was nice and soft.
The taxes were outrageous. They taxes me for local, county, and federal. I've never seen this on a bill before. Outrageous.
The staff at the front desk, especially on the night of check-in was the best I have ever experienced. They were friendly, engaging and made us feel welcome.
Very convenient to everything Very friendly service Valet parking was a plus
Beds were to small
Mattress/Bed!!! Staff Cleanliness Location
Bed was uncomfortable.
The parking entrance wasn't easy to find and I ended up going next door. The receptionist said the price was about the same so I left the car there. However, instead of paying $22 as I had been told, it cost $46 and it was all done by machine so there was no way to change it. The hotel should have better signage for parking. I won't stay there again.
You basically got everything standard; the rooms are quite large and it was easy to change our room that smelt like cigarette.
Would I go to Pittsburgh again I would probably favor the south side over downtown. A take away for breakfast would be a nice addition to the grille next to the lobby. And we had an issue that they charged us parking when we did not park at the hotel. So nothing serious really.
I booked this trip for my son and his friends for his birthday and I called twice when it was confirmed to make sure everything was ok and it was, but when my son got there after 4hrs of driving everything was screwed up. My son called me in panic because they would not let him in without my card. I spoke to a girl there and she put his name on the reservation and all he had to do was show ID. That doesn't make sense. Why would he take my credit card with him. The Manager got on the phone and said what she did was wrong. I called back and spoke to someone and they said all he needs is ID not my credit card. The Manager there does not know what he is doing. Something needs to be done about that. It cost a lot for 1 night there and there is no continental breakfast for that price. You also have to pay for parking you have no choice. I think it is to much money.
The room wouldn't cool and the bed wasn't comfortable for me.
Location to the Consol Energy Center
Lack of amenities No complimentary breakfast
Location, location, door to door via subway to Heinz Stadium
Expected two bedrooms as I had my grown up son with us, not a sofa bed
No breakfast included
will keep great memories! thank you very much!
