Comfortable bed; nice shower and ammenities. Location of facility- in a lower traffic, quieter section of town; not right next to highway. Pool location- had to walk through a large incoming group of party folks to get to it. Extra charge (18.59) that appeared on my account. After calling the lady said it should be removed after a couple of days, That hasn't happened yet.

Location near airport, van service, friendly staff Asked to be moved to another room upon check-in because the bathroom was dirty. Hall carpet to room needs to be replaced.

1St the fresh warm chocolate cookies upon our arrival, 2nd staff was very kind, room and hallways were clean. The beds were cozy. Loooooong distance from the main entry to our room, The pillows were too soft.AC Was very noisy. We preferred to have a small fridge in the room.

Bereikbaarheid, ontbijt, bedden. Fijn dat het hotel "standaard" was, conform andere Hilton formats de dagen ervoor en erna. Balipersoneel was ongeïnteresseerd en niet gemotiveerd.
