The room was clean and comfortable.

I didn't like the attitude of some of the staff I dealt with. After driving four hours that's the least I expected from the staff. I was better greeted by the house keeping staff than I was by the front desk staff. Waited two hours for a clean room and never received a call to let me know it was ready. Needless to say I fell asleep in the car waiting. Never got an apology, a smile, nothing. Ice machine was not working. There was a back door by where my room was and the stinch of dog business was overwhelming. When I ordered food from their sports bar the menu said free delivery within 2 mile radius. I'm in the facility why do I have to pay a $3 fee plus a 20% gratuity just for them to walk a few steps to my room ? Pizza Hut was not even that expensive. Which is no where written on the menu about the charge and gratuity. This is the first double tree I checked into that was that horrible. I didn't complain because I was way too tired and I just wanted to rest my weekend away but, I was better off at the Sheraton next door and much nicer for the same price or even the Marriott across the street. Never again. At least not at that double tree.

Close to Tampa airport...ready shuttle service even at 1:00am.

Willingness to accomadate our group with van rides to and from Cigar City Brewery. I know it was off your route. It was appreciated.

The staff were very helpful when our cruise ship was delayed. The hotel provided us with free shuttle service to a local mall and allowed us to store and access our luggage as needed during the wait. The hotel is in a great location, close to the airport and another mall (with a theatre) which was a short 5 minute walk away so we could keep ourselves busy during the 7 hour delay.

It was an overnight stay as we landed late at night and didn't want to drive. We didn't get chance to look around the hotel as we left early the following morning. The hotel was clean and comfortable and was just what we needed.

Nothing to dislike.

The location and facilities were good, the rooms are comfortable, the staff was very helpful despite of the poor housekeeping.

The carpet and the bed were full of "bedbugs" and I developed a rash! I recommend to check before and after sleeping if there are blood dots in the bedding because you can find them anywhere though :/ and do not put your luggage in the floor, otherwise you will bring them to your home.

Quiet, easy access to restauarants and interstate highway and close to work. Friendly staff.

premettendo che sono solita prenottare DOUBLE TREE come hotel per i miei soggiorni, questa volta sono rimasta molto delusa, il personale al desk molto scortese, la stanza non pulita e piccola.

abbiao soggiornato per tre notti, e non ci hanno cambiato gli asciugamani se non dopo averli richiesti alle 23.30 dopo essere rientrati. abbiao chiesto delle informazioni al desk, e abbiamo avuto risposte davvero non simpatiche. per di piu' l'hotel non e' centralissimo, e senza macchina e' difficilissimo muoversi.

The room was comfy...staff was very kind... room was clean... really can't say anything negative. Our stay was pleasant, no hassels. would stay there again.

our room was a looooong walk from the front desk. My husband has problems walking long distances- that's my only gripe.

Location was great, and did not really matter as they have shuttle service that takes you, and picks you up in within a 2 mile radius, which particularly covers the downtown, and shopping centers. The staff was very nice and helpful, (thanks Linda for helping me get my tickets for the game).

The only thing that I would recommend, is updating a bit. There are no safes in the room, so you have to go down to the reception and get access to the leave deposit boxes. Also, no fridge or coolers in the rooms, though they have ice machines on floors. Th bath rooms to go use some updating.

Although confusing transportation, made every effort to help us out.

very confused regarding transportation to and from the airport. Room smelled musty. Too tired to go back downstairs to request new room.

Close to airport and shopping. Perfect for anyone leaving for a cruise for the night before or after the cruise.

Pool was being remodeled and torn up. Would liked to have known this before we reserved. Our room was in the older side of the building and overlooked the freeway so we had noise all night long.
