    The staff awesome so helpfull and patricia was awesome every single day.

    Our room was horrible first my view was a stone wall , i can't see nothing from my 226 room just a wall ,the bathroom smell horrible all the time , the a/c never working they fixed the day before to check out and even was hot the room

    Nothing, the cookie was even stale at check in

    Had to wait an hour for pool towels, room key didn't work 3 different times, the hotel room looked like it hasn't changed since the 1970's. Right next to the free way that was under construction all day and night so it was restless sleeping. And they call themselves a hilton...never again will hilton get my money! parking garage had no elevators, had to go down 5 flights on stairs with 6 luggage bags

    My room had lights that did not work. The clock was not set, and I was unable to set it. In the halls, there were food trays (with food) that we're not picked up till the next day. Al these discrepancies were notified to the night manager and she immediately had someone pick up the trays and replace the light bulbs. She was apolologetic about all the inconveniences but fixed all the issues. The next day(we stayed for six nights), echen we went for breakfast and asked the cook for over medium eggs but more well done than undercooked, he made fun by saying that well done was for steaks not eggs. I really don't appreciate people make fun of me, in particular, when I, m paying for a service. My overall experience was not that great in comparison with other Hilton family hotels. I am a loyal HH member and expect the best. Would I recommend this place, most likely not. Dissappointed.

    Cookie at checkin

    Loudest room air conditioner I have ever experienced that constantly changed tones. Elevators smelled like cheap cologne. Loudest sports bar ever!

    The proximity to the airport & rooms were clean

    The maid service comes at like 9 am, check out wasn't until noon but they were asking us to leave at 8:45 so they could clean the room. Also parking was very limited when we came back to the room one night we couldn't find parking any where when i asked they said vale will find you parking yeah that cosets10 bucks so there wasn't enough parking

    Nice clean hotel.

    I had to make 2 international calls due to an emergency... It cost me $267. I was disgusted. I have never paid over $30 for the same.

    The bed was comfortable if we could have slept

    The fact the road noise was horrendous, we didnt sleep a wink all night. When we checked in there were no spaces to park. Receptionist. Told us to park in the hotel garage, what she failed to tell us was there was no elevator, so had to carry heavy cases from3rd floor. Worst hotel I have spent a night in

    Beds were very clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed the complimentary toiletries.

    The first night I stayed at the hotel I was given a room that faced the freeway. The noise from the highway made it very difficult to fall asleep. If I wasn't moved to a better room the next night I would have completely hated my stay.

    I love the cookie of course.

    When I arrived, my room was not ready. Not a big deal, but disappointing. I think the cleaning staff was pretty slow when cleaning our room. We stayed three nights and the room wasn't cleaned until about 5pm each day, which is not like most hotels I've stayed at.

    Air conditioning did not work well and the patio door was on poor shape and needed repair. The latch was broken which did get repaired on request. The room had musty odor.

    We had complimentary breakfast both days and found the restaurant staff very attentive and the food selection excellent. The curtesy bus staff were very helpful and the chap who helped with our luggage was very obliging considering we changed rooms three times when we arrived.

    Felt the staff on reception were under pressure, our first two rooms were not what we requested and we booked two months in advance. Our coffee machine didn't work and wasn't changed until the 3rd time of asking. Also our room wasn't serviced at 4.30pm when we arrived back, the maid was very apologetic, but was obviously overworked.

    The size of the room was very impressive and the staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was excellent, and far beyond the usual breakfast in the US.

    There was a restaurant/lounge on premises.

    I felt as if we were given a room that was not up to Doubletree standards on a Friday night. It looked as if the carpet could have used a great cleaning. We had requested a room close to the lobby for health reasons and were given a room as far from the lobby as you could get.

    Staff very helpful, and customer oriented.

    Facilities needs love and care, we request high floor, they give us first floor, I was unacceptable conditions for the money, hotel is just a name, location of the hotel is terrible, you hear everhything from other rooms, bathroom don't have extractor, does not have small fridge or microwave, I really expend to nights but I don't recommended at all. Sorry but is the reality.

    location

    dirty outdated hoels. Need to use alot of clorox to clean bathrooms, walls, doors. Also, needs to be updated but this is not as important as cleaning, cleaning, cleaning. Yuck,hotel, save your money and go to another hotel
