The staff was kind, fast, knowledgeable, and very helpful.
Very clean room. Comfortable bed and sofa. Great breakfast. Location was very good.
Quiet location within easy walking distance to White House. Value for money. Well appointed bathroom.
Would have liked 2 easy chairs - 1 only provided.
Close to subways, White House and other attractions. Great restaurant and friendly staff.
Everyone was so friendly
Water pressure in the shower was weak.
The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. There was valet parking. Loved that they give you a fresh warm cookie upon check in. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable.
The location, the cookies ...,,,
Nos robaron dinero en la hab
The bar and the breakfast
The bar stools were in terrible condition and needed to be recovered.
Nice friendly staff, convenient location.
Having taxes added which were not told about upfront.
+ breakfast + 24 hours wifi internet for just $9
- There was a party in the Hotel Lobby both nights I stayed, felt like having the party inside my Hotel room on second floor - there was the same food left overs lying in the floor at both days I stayed - My room wasn't made
Staff friendly and helpful
The parking was very expensive $41+tax a night
The hotel location is very good. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful.
Parking fee was expensive. Room rate was not listed including tax, which was $30 more than advertised.
They never said there was a $40 car park fee until check out which is ridiculous. Overcharged for our tiny room 2x and then charged additional $7O couple hours after I had checked out. Still fighting to get the charges reversed 3 days later. Terrible customer service. Find another hotel before going to this one
Great Location, Linen, Breakfast.
No refrigerator! You have to make prior request for that! Parking is fine if you have a spot in front porch, but expensive anyway. Toilet is really tiny, hardly any space for moving!
The bartender for Happy Hour was the nicest employee at this hotel.
I have never seen such a small bathroom! It was worse than a cruiseship.
Staff helpful and smiling!
Can't think of anything that we didn't like would like to come again!
NO SHUTTLE SERVISE
Location, helpful staff
The staff was extremely friendly, and helpful. Anything we needed they were able to accommodate us with. The hotel is in a great location, safe neighborhood, not too far from all of the main attractions in D.C. Our room was extremely clean, bed was super comfortable. We ordered room service for dinner one night, it was delicious. Will definitely be going back to the Doubletree!!
Everything was good and cannot complain.
bartender was working Saturday evening had minimal knowledge of her bar and what is in it,bad attitude and slight emergency. good the group of people were working but the were all over the place, they need to be a little bit more organized plus a job should be assigned to each one of them.
Good location. Great breakfast! Friendliness of front desk staff. Ease of check-out.
Internet was free but not necessarily the best in terms of holding connection and slow connections. Frequently disconnects. Only downside of my stay.
Loved the location and staff. Very cozy room. Nice upscale hotel.
The lady at front desk that pre-checked me in never gave me a head ups on a 100$ deposit. Luckily I had the money in my bank so I wasn't charged. So please warn people just in case if they need to pay cash..
the room was spacious beds were very comfortable staff very healpful great location
