The friendliness of the clerk
Bed cover had cigarette hold in it.
No handicap provisions. Steps to room too high.trash cans near the rooms with flies.
The location was great, as was the staff.
The room accomodations need to be upgraded. It is well past time for the mattress to be replaced and the mini fridge needs to be resurfaced or replaced.
Availability to other venues
Flooring and TV was antiquated.
Beds were comfortable. Shower was good.
Coffee pot didn't work. TV was temperamental. Housekeeping was terrible. Beds were made up sloppily (sheets hanging down on the floor). No vacumming was done.

very loud racing cars and loud party in parking lot in front of rooms. bathroom was dirty and the door would not close. carpet was dirty with cobwebs in corners of room. Did not eat breakfast, since there was nothing for people with diabetes or atkins. Everything was bread or startch foods.

Staff was great
Something really needs to be done about the insects hovering around the door to the room. When you open the door to go in they fly in. I spent fifteen minutes swating mosquitoes. I would recommend but inform about insect situation especially at night.
The location is good. Beds are comfortable. Great front desk person named Vicki (I believe that was her name), very customer oriented.
The room was dirty, dusty, needed vacuuming, the extra security lock bolt was broken. There was a small older woman working the front desk when we checked out who made me wait five inutes before she got up from a desk in the back room area and didn't even ask if I enjoyed the stay there. Much needed customer relations classes needed for her. Not very pleasant. I have stayed here for the past three years for a "sister" get away from it all couple of dyas and I think I will have to rethink this place for next year.
There were several resturaunt choices to go to that were within walking distance and places to shop .
For starters there were no extra pillows. I called the front desk and they didn't have any. They gave us 3 pillows for two people . And they were very small and it was like not having one at all. Also no towels . They collected our towels at some point after 10 a.m and we had no clean towels till after 7 p.m that evening . I had to go to the office and ask for them . They told me they didn't give us clean ones when they took the dirty because they didn't have any clean ! Ok alright what ?? Why don't they have enough towels? The motel was not that full that they would run out of towels . What if I wanted to take another shower ? Also the staff was not that friendly . The lady at check in was nice . But that was about all . House keeping was standing around talking to each other instead of cleaning .. No wonder there were no clean towels !
This was a basic motel, though clean. The ice machine was broken but the clerk scooped us some ice from a cooler. The breakfast was basic cereal, toast, coffee.

Needs renovations and upgrades. Poor housekeeping. Grime and hair in bathroom.
The hotel was located near a large selection of restaurants and shopping, along with being just a mile from Dover Downs Casino.
My wife and I arrived at 1:30 pm exhausted. We arrived to an empty parking lot, and having a reservation, assumed we would be in our room relaxing in mere moments. Unfortunately when I approached the front desk there was a sign indicating that no one was available to assist me, but would return shortly. After waiting 20 minutes an employee emerged. I introduced myself and inquired about checking in. Without a moments hesitation she informed me that check in was @ 3pm. When I said " so there are no rooms available at all" she simply restated her earlier comment about check in being at 3pm. Period. I've stayed at quite a few hotels motels and resorts, I've never seen worse customer service in my life. When we did get to the room it was more like a local flop house. The bathroom door was falling off. The main door appeared to have been kicked in at some point, because the security bar was broken in 3 places. We had a queen size bed with a full size fitted sheet. Stains or mold on the walls in the bathroom. Wyndham Resorts needs to seriously consider inspecting and reexamining there relationship with this hotel.
Close to ocean city. And affordable. Hotels by ocean city would have cost me close to 300 dollars. Just one night. So for the money I paid at Days Inn. I was happy .
No exercise equipment. And no pool. But we only stood the night. So it wasn't too bad.
They didn't vacuum room each day. There was sand from our trip to the beach still on the carpet the next day.
Had a bug problem in my room still looking into this matter
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room was not in any way indicative of a 3-star rating. The bathroom tiles were cracked and moving under my feet. The paint on the walls was peeling and an ugly yellow in color. As soon as I pulled up to check in, I encountered an "escort" smoking a cigarette outside of one of the rooms. It was not a pleasant experience and I won't return.
Location was the only thing hat I did like.
I didn't like the corroded shower head, the faulty air conditioner until, and loud tenants from other rooms that was outside partying.
Room was large and comfortable.
Bathroom had hair in the shower and on the floor. Free Wifi didn't work in our room. The complementary breakfast was basic to begin with, and pretty much everything was empty when we went to eat (the waffle mixture, cereal, and some other things...) so we could only really have toast.
I was not in my room long enough not to like anything.
Lady at the front desk had a bit of an attitude.

Nice size room I think it was clean loved that their was mini refrigerator in microwave in the room not too far from doverdowns
What I didn't like about the hotel was that as I entered the hotel room my wife went to walk to the bed she hit her foot on a bed rail that was poking out as if the bed didn't fit the rail
