A large pool located on the 8th floor offers sweeping Las Vegas views at this hotel and casino. A flat-screen cable TV is available in all modern rooms. Fashion Show Mall is 2 miles away.

This Las Vegas Strip resort is an imitation of New York City known for its 150-foot Statue of Liberty model. A state-of-the-art casino, rollercoaster and luxurious shops await guests.

clean hotel ,friendly staff, easy to get up to room no real wait for elevator.I wished they had slot tournaments while I was there. I would stay their again this was my 2nd stay. The casino doesn't seem as smokey as some of the hotels. The cost of the room is excellent you get a clean comfortable room two bottles of water in room daily newspaper if you want it and coffee and tea.
bed is hard thats standard at most hotels though. hard time getting more soap and shampoo they don't give you new ones unless the old ones are in the trash.Their rewards point system is flawed I told them twice I wasn't getting credited properly for triple points. they said they were going to fix it. I don't know if they ever did it was time to go home.
T grand e room and the pool and free coffee ever morning.
This hotel is just two blocks from the Fremont Experience--just far enough away that you do not get the blaring noise. The last time we stayed at a hotel right on Fremont Street directly above the canopy (9th floor of The D--and even though we asked to be moved their staff blew us off and was very rude). When we checked in at The Grand we asked for a very quiet room and the staff honored our request. Overall a VERY enjoyable hotel.
We were told that The Grand had a piano bar inside the Mob Bar. When we asked for details we found out that The Grand no longer had a piano bar. Very disappointed we had to go down to the strip to find a piano bar.
The room is well equipped with new furniture etc. Located in the downtown. Nice hotel restaurant.
Terrible service. These guys are not organized at all. At the time of check in we were told that someone has already checked into our room earlier that day, which is ridiculous. Took 20 minutes to settle the issue down. Then asked the bellman to help us with the luggage. Though it was midnight, took them an hour (!) to deliver the luggage to the room, plus three angry phone calls on our part. When they finally delivered the luggage, they didn't even bother to apologize (they did bother, however, to expect to be tipped...). The bill was very inaccurate and contained several errors. Even after pointing the errors out, the staff did everything not to refund us, and every time they corrected the bill, there still was something wrong with it... The overall impression is that they are trying to rip you off (okay, you're in Vegas, but it doesn't mean that you should have such errors in your bill...). And again, no apology for the mistake, no apology for wasting our precious time, no nothing. Do yourself a favor - don't stay there. There are enough high-quality hotels in Vegas which are reasonably price, and one need not tolerate this kind of attitude.
I did not like being able to hear the outside noise. The hotel would have been sound proof, so that customers could get a good nights rest.
Great view from room at 11th floor. Right next to the Freemont street
This hotel offers free valet parking for their guests.
Was given the room keys to an already occupied room
The bed was extremely comfortable and the S&O restaurant had amazing food.
There was a private party in the pool area, which was really noisy until 1AM. We could still hear the noise even with the earplugs in.
We came down to play hockey and have fun for a week and we're all greatly impressed with the cleanliness and overall setup of the hotel. Loved the pool!! Also really Enjoyed the nearby amenities such as pizza rock and triple George's restaurants. The S-O restaurant was great and our server Vonn was hilarious and provided amazing service each time we ate there
The Grand is very nice. Great location. Fantastic Valet service.
We stayed here for 13 days. All of a sudden on day 10 we were turned away from a practically empty restaurant because we did not have reservations. We had eaten at the S+O restaurant often in the previous 10 days and never required a reservation.
I liked staying in the tower where the casino was located, it was very convienient. I wish they would have had an additional restaurant within the building to choose from. Room was nice and clean. Easy walk to Freemont Street.
Really the only thing I didn't like was that there didn't appear to be an ice machine on my floor and I didn't find any information in my room about where to locate one, unless I just totally missed it.
There was a glob of toothpaste on the sink and there was trash behind the bathroom door.
What's not to like!! It's soo close and convieneent to everything! The Mob museum is a must as well as Pizza Rock! Great and cozy sports book!! Just had a fabulous time! Can't wait to book again!
The pillows.. I wish they were a little more comfortable. But, we enjoyed our stay!
The rooms & hotel had great upgrades.
I did not like the fact that the housekeepers did not knock before entering on 2 different times.
Convienant location, close to public transportation and attractions.
noisy at night..heard thumping a lot said wifi was free but $18 was added for extras we did not use..only used the "free" wifi. the restaurant was super slow and the hostesses that sat people were rather rude.
I love this Hotel...
Room was not totally finished when we walked in. Had to ask for missing items from maid.
Very comfortable room with nice view. Pool on the roof was amazing. I recomend to use self-checkout feature (via flat screen in the room) to skip a queue at front desk ;-)
Staff would be more enthusiastic, but it was adequate for a large hotel.
Hotel was in great spot, small but fun casino, good restaurant, spacious room. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
That doorless shower was not my favorite thing, nor was the lack of coffee maker in the room. If you are going to make us go downstairs for coffee, at least have the free stuff til 11.
2 minute walk to Freemont, great beds, great price.
I had a King deluxe room on top floor. It was super clean and beautiful! Bed was fresh and clean every day and it was a HUGE room with two bathrooms. I didn't see a standard room so can't say what they were like. Location was perfect just off Freemont and walked to everything I needed. Pool was relaxing and not crowded and up on the roof. Loved every minute!!
I didn't win anything there on any machines! Haha. Really I have no complaints at all!!
The rooftop pool and great room service
No coffee in room
