room superb. Quiet. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Wonderful bath. Large room. Perfect WiFi. Would always stay here again.

A little expensive - but this is Monterey. Not close to Cannary Row, but close to Fishermans Wharf.

The tv had a high pitch, staff couldn't repair. Staff Were hard to reach by phone, and the hot tub hardly usable.

When we arrived, we were sais that the hotel is full, we called the police, but as a result we slept in the car in front of the hotel. Terrible place!!!!

Very affordable price. Conveniently located near down-town Monterey/Fisherman's Wharf. Wi-fi and breakfast was free. Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly.

Shower head was weak; warm water didn't always last. I would have liked a little more options for breakfast.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had a problem in the room and the guy came and solved the problem right away. They have also a pretty reasonable breakfast. Much better than in other motels. The location is very central.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. It was what you would expect for a cheaper hotel, no surprises. We were very happy with the quality we recieved for the price. Would definitley recommend this to anyone in this price range.

The walls were a little thin. We didn't hear anyone, but apparently our neighbor heard us come home at 2am.

It was walking distance from The Wild Plum, which was a place we enjoyed eating at.

When we walked into our room, it smelled like walking into a public pool. My husband had to squat in order to take a shower because the shower head was far too low. I even had difficulty using it due to the height. The lights were motion detectors which had two downsides: 1. if we wanted to charge our phones, the only outlet accessible was connected to the light, so when the light went out, the phone wouldn't charge any longer 2. the light in the bathroom could not be simply turned off, so when we had to get up in the middle of the night to use it, the light would come on which is very uncomfortable when you just got up and want to go back to sleep There was far too little parking. One night we went out to grab dinner and when we got back, all the spots were taken so we had to park down the street.

The room was large and alos very comfortable with a coffe making facilities provided It was also very clean and also I thought it presented a very homely atmosphere The staff were very good in providing advise on the places to visit overall a very enjoyable staf

The only issue really was it was a bit to far from the town center.

The room was quiet. The bed was comfortable and the water was very soft. We also enjoyed the simple breakfast - especially the fruit, bagels and juice.

No one was there to meet us when we arrived after dark on Thursday. We found our key taped to the door of the office with my first name written on it. We were given room 303 but we had no way of knowing that 303 was on the first floor in the building across the street. After looking at the numbers for all the rooms that were visible we finally called someone who told us to go across the street. This is the most I've ever spent on a room in Monterey - it was an okay room but not worth the money.

Room was clean. The hotel is about a 10-15 min walk to the fisherman's wharf. There's also a bus station 5 min from the hotel where you can take a visitor shuttle for free that brings you to the aquarium.

Clean facilities, large breakfast room with good food variety.

The breakfast! Not worth to be called a breakfast, no proteins just a lot of sugar!
