Internet connection was very slow. Rooms are very small.
Location is top - right opposite Chelsea Market Welcoming staff
could hear the music from the bar at night in the room
Service was fantastic, clean really cool hotel!
WIFI was really slow! The price you pay for the hotel should include free high speed internet.
Staff was amazing. I've stayed at other trendy hotels in Meatpacking and the staff couldn't of been more rude. Dream's staff was professional, nice and went out of their way to help the guests. I will defn. return.
excellent location, great staff, surrounded by great restaurants, clubs and a very short walk to the ACE
Try to get a room 7th floor level so you do not hear the club but that will not remove the risk that groups of late night partiers might be coming in and out of their rooms as they go back and forth to the roof top club.
Everyone was nice beautiful place the location is fantastic.
There was not one aspect I that could have been better. Will be staying there again, and again, and again!
The people that work there made my vacation great
The burger from room service
Nice deco, good duvet, on weekend nights expect party atmosphere in the lobby
Walls are quite thin so expect to hear your neighbour
Difficult to find fault really, staff and facilities were fantastic. Great location in Chelsea / Meatpacking district.
Perhaps the wifi was a little bit slow and inconsistent, but that's trying to find fault. Would also note that while the location was brilliant for us, you need to be willing to undertake a decent walk / take the subway to midtown and uptown attractions otherwise you could find yourself in a lot of taxis.
The place is cool for sure, with a very trendy lounge on top. Great young atmosphere , good to have fun
This is not just a club or a restaurant. If you want to be also a Hotel you must behave like one. I travelled all the world and for the very first time I felt really threated awfully by the receptionist staff. Zero knowledge of welcoming and talking to the client. I payed in advance fully my stay 1.800$ with booking. They blocked my room key twice because they wanted 600$ more deposit , they told me this few days after my arrival and it's not mentioned on the booking conditions. So the reception staff is rlly bad. The noise is incredible by night , I can sleep everywhere but my wife couldn't . The price is expensive comparing to other better Hotels , with better locations. My suggestion is: go to club here but don't use it as hotel. This is a great club / lounge bar.
Staff - fantastic, friendly, helpful. Location - Chelsea Market, Highline + more. Cool - great rooms, shared spaces + the rooftop bar - WOW.
Nothing - any comment would be very petty.
Everyone was so nice and kindly to us. First of all they let us check in at 11 am because our flight arrived early. Then, they gave us a bottle of champagne to celebrate New Year's Eve. I'll come back for sure!
Great location near Greenwich Village/Chelsea for someone seeking to avoid the overtly tourist locations. Easy links around town to major landmarks but great location for bars/cafes and venues for music lovers.
Good modern hotel - geared up for younger audience but could benefit from some quiet open spaces alongside the lively bar/reception and fantastic rooftop venue.
We liked this hotel, but decided not to stay because of the distance to our son's house. I booked it because it seemed perfect, but found out later it wasn't close enough.
Way too Loud at night. Noisy till 4 am. Even with glazed windows. 2 clubs, one above and one below hote. tons of honking cabs. The sinks drain very slowly and water sludges up while you brush your teeth. no plugs near the bed to charge your phone so you have to walk over to a table at night to check your phone.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating- especially at night when the club was going strong. They took wry good care of us.
It was our honeymoon so we were given an upgrade on arrival, then as soon as we got to our room a bottle of complimentary prose vow arrived. As soon as we stepped into the room we were impressed by its "funkiness", which is exactly what we wanted from a New York hotel. The room was not massive but probably bigger than a standard NYC hotel room. Staff we're very helpful. Basically we loved it.
Location Trendy style
Staff not friendly at concierge Hotel having nightclubs in it is not quiet at all and you hear and feel base all night So couldn't sleep well at all Very poor concierge service Room should be checked for availability of hairdryer And also electricity plug not working
Nice clean and new hotel
Everybody is wearing a suite so this could be quite intimidating if you're not on a business travel
The hotel is very cool, the bedroom is quite big compared to others in NY. The bed is by far the most confortable I've ever had in NY. I didn't have to pay the Wifi as I was given a code.
There were some noisy people in the bedroom next to mine.
The interior & helpful staff
Ambience Staff Reception Concierge Location Service
Very few drawers in bedroom No storage in bathrooms Small room Tired decor in need of freshening Too many members of the public in the lobby and common parts
