Nothing!!! It was the worst hotel ever. Booking.com should check the lies this hotel is writing. We booked a standard room of 17 square meters. The room was no more than 8-9. We asked for another room when we arrived and they told us that the next morning we would get one, but it was also a lie. So we left. They charged us almost 310$. Unbelievable. When we opened our suitcase we couldn't open the room door. When we opened the second suitcase we couldn't open the fridge and the tiniest closet we had ever seen. Finally it's not safe at all. The plug in the bathroom was right next to the sink. If you were trying to even was your hands you were in danger. We wouldn't recommended to anyone. It is very overpriced for just the worst and tiniest room in the world. Imagine that we are not very tall or fat at all. If we were we, wouldn't be able to even move. If you thing that we exaggerate...well then just loose your money. Just a request from booking.com to check what it is written to their site. It is ridiculous to pay all this money for simply nothing.

Location is excellent and design is innovative. Staff was helpful and very kind at check in There was a mistake in the reservation (originally for two nights, but set at one only), and staff was kind to find us a solution. However we were assigned a large suite that was supposed to come with a king size bed and a third bed, that turned to be a simple sofa. The cost paid for this unsuitable accommodation was exorbitant and more than tripled the initial fare. We ended up paying more than one thousand dollars for two nights sleeping on a real bed and a real sofa, with no breakfast provided. When the issue was raised we got a discount of 40 dollars on the basic tariff (not on the upfront payment for the upscaling from a double real bed room into the one bed and one sofa solution, which stayed at 450 usd). I will take all my efforts to share the information among the diplomats (to which I belong) and colleagues from the un family, in order to avoid similar pain to my colleagues. This is definitely a hotel which must be avoided: probably the worst cost:benefit solution for anyone travelling to nyc.

Location. Price. Air-conditioning is very noisy. Outside the window, go to construction work, the noise of excavators and jackhammers heard early in the morning. Separately want to mention the elevator .... sometimes it seems that one can live one life in anticipation of an elevator ...

The staff were very helpful and professional. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was an adequate size. The location of the hotel is excellent. It's very close to all of the big venues. The design of the hotel is nice and ambiance is designed to seem like a dream. However, I could have done without the large picture of women and their breasts that faced me every time I stepped off of the elevator on the 4th floor. That might be a man's dream, but it certainly isn't mine. In your effort to produce the dream effect, the hotel is too dark. You need to turn up the lights a little so you are able to actually see while walking around the hall to your room

The hotel was very clean. The location was amazing. The "dream theme" felt very tacky, although the blue lights helped us find the hotel at night. The rooms were so small that two people had a hard time moving at the same time. Only one chair so only other option was to sit on the bed. Also, on Friday and Saturday night, Ava, the roof top lounge, was cordoned off and patrolled by numerous, very intense/serious bouncers who were "choosing" who to admit and who not to admit. Very strange. Lots of very drunk women who appeared to be "working girls", if you catch my drift. Even though we were told that hotel patrons could be admitted to the lounge, it was not inviting to do so. Definately entertaining to watch the process though. One bouncer was monitoring the elevator and very curtly asking if we had been seen at their gate. Not much friendlier when we showed our hotel key.

Great location to city central and main attractions. Shops, Times Square & easy access to the Subway. No free WiFi, especially for the rate you're paying you'd think that should be a given.

The access to the manhattan midtown and shopping street was good. Exoected the night view of Manhattan, however, the floor was 2nd, and the view was only the building wall under construction. There was no top floor mall/restaurant which I was expected from the article in the booking.com website

Excellent location for theaters, dining and close to central park. Hotel staff are helpful and available. We enjoy our time here, definitely will come back for city trip again. Our standard room is quite small and difficult to go around once our luggage are in.

I love everything about it. It was fabulous. What I didnt like was that camera was left in the room and no one has got back in touch with me about it yet. Its been 5 days and im still awaiting an email reply. its very disappointing. its an expensive camera and it holds footage useful for my business. i spoke to your staff and the said they didnt find anything in the room. but thats impossible. we left four books and a pile of clothes. they didnt mention any of it. i can be reached at inkyentries@hotmail.com matt dicosta thankyou

Location was excellent for a touristic visit to nyc. THe staff was accomodating but only after we asked. The first room we got had a very loud ac. We were trasfered to another room that was so small that we could hardly move in it. The next day we got an appropriate room in size but short on comfortable divices in the bathroom. They sould not have offered the small room. I also think the price for the room was too high.

The location was excellent ....the room very clean The room was the size of a cupboard...I Nearly went straight back down and checked out! .......Found a large cockroach in our bathroom on the last night of our holiday(if it had been the first night we would have checked out!)......the cost of the room was pretty expensive for such a small room...we go to New York every 18 months and I would need to think twice about using dream again...

Hotel was in a convenient location. Hotel front desk was very friendly and helpful. Hotel has nice size umbrellas to loan to guests....important in New York City. Online reviews mentioned selecting a room in the middle level floors and on the back side to avoid traffic noise. We followed these suggestions and had a nice quiet stay. Our room was on the small side, but it was not a problem.

Great location. Could walk just abotu anywhere in mid-town. Because of the location, I think this hotel probably appeals to a younger party crowd. It was very noise all through the night. One night, some people across the hall were having a party that began at 4am. We woke up to loud music, doors slamming open and shut over and over and over again, and drunk talking very loud in the hall ways. After three calls to the front desk to complain over the course of two and a half hours, it finally quieted down at about 6am. Security came up to tell them to keep the noise down three times, but it did no good. I was only in New York for a long weekend, and had a big day of sightseeing planned the next day, which was sort of ruined because of lack of sleep. It was hard to go back to sleep at 6:30am when the city was starting to wake up outside.
