Dream

The king size room was a decent size, compfy bed, nice bathroom, very clean and excellent down turn and room service. All the staff were very nice. I loved the location, easy walking distance of central park and times square.

There was no concierge available for two days of our stay. I would ask for a room away from the lift.

The Dream has made an effort to create a trendy hotel with a "transcendental" vibe. However it has only succeeded on a very superficial level, by throwing innovative graphics and lighting in the common areas, and a modern headboard and chair in each room.

Although the superficial hotel vibe is cool, the rooms are ultimately small, poorly lit, with peeling plaster around the periphery of the trendy elements, endlessly running toilets, no room for bath kits, missing light bulbs and inattentive staff. I bumped my head and stubbed my toes numerous times trying to navigate the very tight architecture.

The location of the hotel is good and convenient; only a couple blocks fm 5th Ave and 57th St.

The bed was uncomfortable, and the sound-proofing of the room was bad. I could hear the 'ding' of the elevator and people walking/talking outside my room quite clearly. Also, not much hospitality. The housekeeping maid kept on ringing my bell to make up my room starting from 8:30am despite the fact that I had the private sign on. And I heard them said that I was delaying their time to get off work.

The staff was attentive. The door man very personal grabbing bags getting a taxi and putting me in the. The room was small but just good enough for 1 or 2 person to stay. The bed is comfortable. On Saturday you have all the entertainment you need with several parties on rooftop or penhouse club. Central location to visit friends in the city by taking a cab or the subway. Great stay would stay again everytime I return to NYC.

Room service attendants were great. Very nice and polite. We also enjoyed the Chopra Spa.

The front desk staff was awful. Not polite. Not willing to answer questions. Very short.

The room was small, but very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for one person.

The restraurant was excellent and it was well located for shopping and the theatres.

The room was very small and the bath taps complicated. Was not happy with the upstairs bar as staff unfriendly.

Good location in midtown. Very trendy, the hotel bars, Ava & rmfifty5 were packed both nights we stayed.

Rude staff, bottom of bed dirty, "queen sized" beds are small.

not really enough information telling you exactly where the facilities are. there was a gym in the hotel but i had no idea where abouts it was. on arrival we where given our keys i had to find the room myself. i asked where abouts the room is and was told the lifts are over there and that was it.

I enjoyed the friendlyness from the guy (forgot his name) at the information desk. He gave us amazing information and insights about the city.

The rooms were cramped but it is NYC. And the blue lights in the room are abit annoying even though you can turn them off. And I didn't like the attempt to promote being green, when the hotel is obviously contradicts itself by keeping the TV, radio and blue lights on in rooms constantly.
