Queen size sänky oli N. 1,40m leveä ja siksi melko ahdas kahdelle aikuiselle. Huone oli viihtyisä, trendikäs ja raikas, mutta pieni, jopa hieman ahdas koska säilytystilaa esim. Matkalaukuille ei juurikaan ollut. ääNekäs ilmastointilaite, käytävältä kantautuvat äänet. Ei välttämättä hintansa arvoinen, mutta New Yorkin hintatasoon kohtuullinen.

Sijainti erinomainen. Kaikki turistikohteet merta lukuunottamatta jopa vain kävelymatkan päässä. Siisti. Rikki mennyt fööni tuotiin 10 min:ssa. Pikku ravintola ja baari katukerroksessa. Aamiaispaikkoja kulman takana.

Hotellilla oli hyvä sijainti ja huoneet olivat siistit.

The rooftop terrace: Small therefore crowed! Unless you get there when it opens, don't bother.

It was very modern and comfortable. I loved the lighting. It was very modern. Our room was small but very comfortable. There is a rooftop lounge which was wonderful, you could see all the city lights and it was great. We had a wonderful time and would love to return.

The rooms were very very small and the penthouse lounge was too loud to talk so the only option you had for drinks or light fare was the bar. Also no breakfast option other than to order room service or a restaurant... I like when there is a option to grab coffee and a yogurt or fruit...etc to go.

--Was given extremely rude attitude when trying to check in early -- After deciding to shorten my stay, was charged a no-show fee by mistake; took 3 separate conversations and 5 attempts to forward an email (?!) before that got refunded --a huge line for a party and a broken elevator made it difficult to get to our room --Inside of room was lit up by psychotic blue neon lights. Thankfully, those could be turned off. --No bathtub and only one robe provided --Doorman broke my sack's shoulder strap while carrying it from the door to the storage room; tried to hide it. --Tiny room; advertised as 270 sq ft, feels much much smaller. No wardrobe space. We hit our legs on the protruding metal chair and bed frames. --Overall, the hotel felt like it was being run like a cheap nightclub.

Staff was friendly and helpfull. It was clean and neat. It was perfect for the 3 days we spent in New York.

The front desk staff was very helpful during check in and check out. Quick but very thorough and detailed service that I'm not embarrassed to say I was super impressed with. The gentleman even gave me two passes to breakfast as an apology for a room change. I appreciated that very much.

I didn't like that fact that my room was changed without prior notice but having not seen the king suite, the jr. Suite that I was relocated to was indeed very nice. Also, a morning call for a bucket of ice was unsuccessful as the ice never made it up.

Location is excellent, staff is very friendly and accommodating, lobby is beautiful and spare simple luxurious rooms make you truly feel as if you are getting away from it all while actually being directly in the middle of it all (times square)

. Lack of drawers and shelves to unpack - the three of us lived out of suitcases all week . no kettle . very noisy - bins opposite emptied at around 10 each evening and unloading until late . blue lights under bed were difficult to disconnect to get to sleep on night . roof top terrace, part of reason for booking hotel, too noisy and overflowing with people. In fact on Saturday, one lift had been cordoned off to allow outsiders up to terrace, those who had booked, impossible to get up there any day .

Location of hotel was very good. Design was modern and relaxing.

Rooms are very small. My room was adjacent to generator on outside wall and was very noisy. Not good after a long flight.

As a paying guest I had hoped to make full use of the hotel's facilities however it would appear that when it comes to both The Bar and the Ava Lounge hotel residents are treated as second class citizens, with the hotel's preference being for passing trade. The Ava Lounge was closed from 5 - 10 pm on our first night for a corporate function and The Bar was likewise closed 5 - 10 pm on our second night, again for a corporate function. When you are actually allowed in to either venue every table is "reserved" and you are warned by the bar staff that you will have to move if/when they require the table. I consider myself fairly well travelled and this is the first time I have ever seen hotel residents being treated this way. The staff in the Ava Lounge actually appeared to enjoy the power of deciding who could, or in the case of residents could not, grace their venue.

Friendly, easy going place to stay. Nothing too much trouble.

Room was small but considering amount of tike spent in it, didn't matter.

I liked the decore and the room was comfortable to sleep in.

The menu items and drinks were a little high. It felt a little awkward the staff didn't seem very hospitable. I work in the industy and it wasn't a very warm welcoming.

the noise. my room faced the street and difficult to sleep with noise from trucks and club hoppers.

The bed was comfortable?

They forgot to clean a condom out of our room from the night stand, I mean if that was from the last guest imagine what else wasnt cleaned....wish I found it the first night. I would absolutely rather sleep on the streets than return. They woke us up multiple times before 12, threatening to charge us for another half day if we didnt leave...after to A.call to the front desk they said oh yes we normally do that but if you get out in 15 minutes we wont charge you, theres a friendly good morning. And no ice machine, it took 30mins and 3x phone calls to get it so.goodluck with colddrinks!
