Hyvä sijainti teattereiden, Moman ja Central Parkin lähellä. Viehättävä ja rauhallinen hotelli. Epämuodollinen, nuorekas ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Siisti ja persoonallinen huone. |

Hyvä sijainti Broadwayn ja 55:n kulmassa.Siisti. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hotellin aulassa kummallinen haju/tuoksu. Suitsukkeita? Huoneessa ilmastointilaite melko äänekäs. |

Uusi sisustus, toimiva suihku, keskeinen sijainti Esitteen lupaukset kuntosalista ja bisnescenteristä e-mailin tarkastamista varten, jotka vaikuttivat valintaan, olivat liioiteltuja. Kuvan sai viiden tähden hotellista, taso oli eurooppalaisittain kahden-kolmen tähden luokkaa. Henkilöstö teki voitavansa. |

Kaikki toimi loistavasti, paitsi että jouduimme odottamaan huonetta noin puoli tuntia vaikka saavuimme vasta illalla. Erinomainen sijainti. Hotellissa oli myös kiva baari. |

Hyvä sijainti, pimeä ala-aula, melu haittasi, pieni huone, pieni wc-suihkutila Liikenteen ja yöelämän melu kuului selvästi 1. kerroksen huoneeseen. |

Totesimme hotellin sijainnin olevan meille mieleen.Broadwayn varrella ja silti rauhallinen eikä liikenteen melu häirinnyt ja kävelymatkan päässä oli Broadwayn sydän!Myös Central Parkin läheisyys oli mukava.Hotelli vaikutti muutenkin rauhalliselta ja siistiltä. Huone oli yllättävän pieni mutta vaatehuone antoi mahdollisuuden siistiä laukut ja vaatteet pois näkyviltä.Kylpyhuone oli viileä ja lattia KYLMÄ.Emme nähneet mitään lämmityslaitetta kylpyhuoneessa joten emme tästä valittaneet.Huoneen lämmityslaite oli melko äänekäs. |

Sijainti, siisteys - location, cleanliness of the room Kylpyhuone oli kylmä, ilmastointi äänekäs, kadun äänet kuuluivat huoneeseen todella hyvin. - bathroom was cold, aircondition/heating noisy, could hear all the street noises. |

Hotelli on erittäin siisti ja hyvällä paikalla, ja keskeisestä sijainnista huolimatta se on rauhallinen. Sängyt ovat supermukavat ja huoneet niin miellyttävät ha tyylikkäät, että huonessa viettäisi kernaasti vähän suuremmankin ajan lomasta! Lisäpisteet mainiosta ravintolasta alakerrassa sekä yläkerran kattobaarista, josta mahtavat näkymät Times Squarelle. Suosittelen lämpimästi! Huoneet olivat marraskuussa viileähköt, mutta säädettävä lämmitys korjasi asian. |

I had just ran the marathon and found the location and setting perfect after the race. Beds where comfortable and hotel was quiet. Staff where very happy to assist. I did find the lobby rather dark |

I liked the ambiance. They have a fun bar on their Pent House floor with a great view of TIme Square and its a great happy hour or after dinner spot to drink, catch up and just have a good time. The lobby has a cylinder aquarium and its small but very chic and modern. The rooms does not have an old building smell coming off their walls or floors, which most NYC hotels do have. The bar downstairs is super-chic and cute and fun! The location is great! Three blocks from Central Park, and 5 blocks from Moma, and 5 blocks from Time Square, and around the corner from Carnegie's Deli. I could not be more happy with it! Definitely will stay here again and bring friends too. Parking is expensive. I rented a car for $27/day but parking in the hotel is $25 per hour. So that was out of the question. There were no hot water in my shower the last night I was there. I was standing in there waiting for 10 mins before I gave up. Oh well. The bar upstairs is fun, but the bouncer is a jerk. There are 3 elevators and I took a random one from my room floor up to the bar on a Saturday, but the bouncer who was manning the entrance from the elevator said I cannot come in via that particular elevator, that I would have to take it back down to the Lobby level and then take it back up. So I got on another elevator, but apparently it wasn't the right one either. He told me to do it again on the other one, I gave up. |

The Dream was a dream location, everythng was within easy walking distance, from the Autumn colours in Central Park to Time Square, and much more reasonable than other hotels in the next block. The fitness room is small with old machines |

The hotel is in a great location, very close to Times Square and the hop off and on bus stops. Very friendly staff, but very noisy through the interior and exterior walls. |

Loved this hotel- its location was perfect- pretty much walking distance from everywhere or if you were feeling a bit lazy the Subway was right outside. We found it quite and clean and got a wonderful massage in the spa in the basement. |

The bed is without doubt the most comfortable hotel bed i have ever slept in. The airconditioning filters could perhaps do with changing as the room had a faint smell of dust/smoke etc. when the aircon was on. |

The bed was really good. The hotel is well situated, lots of diners/deli's around to have nice breakfast. Great shopping area only a stone throw away. The first room I was given was horrific. I went down in the middle of the night to complain. I did not receive any apologie upon my complaints nor any recognition in words. I did get a different room because I asked for an upgrade. Make sure you get a king bed, the queen beds are really small. A lot of noise comes in from the hallway. It's a very noisy hotel in general so make sure to ask for a room in a quiet corner. The hotel staff is standard friendly, but not pro-active at all. |

Delightful staff and excellent room. We had an unexpected family problem in the UK and had to make several calls from the bedroom phone. The connection charges were $14 each time - and then the cost of the call. I would say this was excessive. The receptionist later advised getting a call card beforehand which would have reduced the cost enormously. This is a hotel scam that should be highlighted more widely. |

The location was perfect: extremely close to the subway (right on the corner), very close to sights (e.g. times square, central park), very close to shopping (e.g. 5th Ave, Broadway, etc . . . ), close to Starbucks (right on the corner)! . . . Booking.Com had a great deal on this hotel that made it very affordable (for NYC, that is). No. I would stay here again. |

The location was good Very disappointed, we arrived to a terrible room with toilet not working. After negotiation we upgraded to junior suite, after which bed proved too soft for my back, tv automatically turned on, air conditioner gave off loud noise intermitently through the night and continental quilt gave us hives. Finally wifi did not work for a day and transfer to some offsite help desk was useless. |
