Uusi sisustus, toimiva suihku, keskeinen sijainti Esitteen lupaukset kuntosalista ja bisnescenteristä e-mailin tarkastamista varten, jotka vaikuttivat valintaan, olivat liioiteltuja. Kuvan sai viiden tähden hotellista, taso oli eurooppalaisittain kahden-kolmen tähden luokkaa. Henkilöstö teki voitavansa. |

Kaikki toimi loistavasti, paitsi että jouduimme odottamaan huonetta noin puoli tuntia vaikka saavuimme vasta illalla. Erinomainen sijainti. Hotellissa oli myös kiva baari. |

Hyvä sijainti, pimeä ala-aula, melu haittasi, pieni huone, pieni wc-suihkutila Liikenteen ja yöelämän melu kuului selvästi 1. kerroksen huoneeseen. |

Totesimme hotellin sijainnin olevan meille mieleen.Broadwayn varrella ja silti rauhallinen eikä liikenteen melu häirinnyt ja kävelymatkan päässä oli Broadwayn sydän!Myös Central Parkin läheisyys oli mukava.Hotelli vaikutti muutenkin rauhalliselta ja siistiltä. Huone oli yllättävän pieni mutta vaatehuone antoi mahdollisuuden siistiä laukut ja vaatteet pois näkyviltä.Kylpyhuone oli viileä ja lattia KYLMÄ.Emme nähneet mitään lämmityslaitetta kylpyhuoneessa joten emme tästä valittaneet.Huoneen lämmityslaite oli melko äänekäs. |

Sijainti, siisteys - location, cleanliness of the room Kylpyhuone oli kylmä, ilmastointi äänekäs, kadun äänet kuuluivat huoneeseen todella hyvin. - bathroom was cold, aircondition/heating noisy, could hear all the street noises. |

Hotelli on erittäin siisti ja hyvällä paikalla, ja keskeisestä sijainnista huolimatta se on rauhallinen. Sängyt ovat supermukavat ja huoneet niin miellyttävät ha tyylikkäät, että huonessa viettäisi kernaasti vähän suuremmankin ajan lomasta! Lisäpisteet mainiosta ravintolasta alakerrassa sekä yläkerran kattobaarista, josta mahtavat näkymät Times Squarelle. Suosittelen lämpimästi! Huoneet olivat marraskuussa viileähköt, mutta säädettävä lämmitys korjasi asian. |

Sijainti erinomainen. Informaatiotiskiltä sai ystävälliset ja hyvät neuvot. Kylpyhuone siisti. Ystävällinen siivooja. Ravintolaa voi suositella. Kaappitilaa vaatteille on niukasti. Laatikollinen lipasto auttaisi. Huonehan on pieni, joten mitään isoa kaappia ei tietenkään voi sinne sijoittaa. Ilmastointilaite piti aika kovaa meteliä. |

Cleanliness of the hotel and the bathrobes and comfortable bed. Also, it is convenient to many other places - good location. We were stuck in the elevator for a few moments which was unnverving. I didn't realize a pot of coffee and a pot of tea was so pricey. |

Everything! Staff was attentive and friendly. The room was exactly what we expected, very comfortable. Maybe the elevators :) you have to wait too long to catch one. |

Very comfortable stay with the convenience of an excellent restaurant with patio right on Broadway. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. All in all, it's a very nice hotel. |

The room was very nice and the hotel decor was very nice. Check in was long and the person who helped me was screaming out all my information and wanted to put a large amount of money on hold on my credit card even though I was paying cash. |

Location was awesome. Lobby, restaurant and rooftop lounge were all beautiful. All staff were very friendly- at check-in, bar and even the guys working the crowd for the rooftop lounge. The rooftop lounge gets busy late at night, but if you're a hotel guest they move you right to the front of the line and let you in. You get 2 complimentary drinks at the downstairs bar too. |

The staff was charming, the room exceedingly comfortable - lovely linens, and the ambience "dreamy" pun intended. Gracious desk clerk treated us to drinks! Very thoughtful! The hotel bar (downstairs) was a little goth and too loud, furniture funky and fun, but uncomfortable. Penthouse bar was spectacular in it's view and design, but also loud for a relaxing cocktail. |

We liked the bed a lot because we could stay on it and do stuff together. We also liked the tigerlilies, free zygot shots, and the rooftop that we weren't supposed to be on. Especially at that dinner with the awesome waiter, named joe! He gave us free wine too, which was pretty cool. Oh wait, how could we forget the best part of the whole thing...the lights in the room!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No. Except for the hot water not working and the bed that came apart. |
