清潔でいい部屋で，アメニティもよかったです．音がうるさい，というコメントがあったので心配でしたが，問- 題ありませんでした．

小さいテーブルがあったりするとよかったなと思います．

立地がよく、どこに行くにも歩いて行けました。また、バスタブはなく、部屋も狭かったのですが、アメニティ- がロクシタンだったりと、小さいホテルながら、こだわりを感じました。また、とても清潔で、毎日ベッドにり- んごが置かれていて、おいしくいただきました。

暖房の音が少し大きいので夜目が覚めました。

The location is great! Rooms are comfortable.

The website is very flattering compared to what it is really. Some of the Reception staff were very cold, not very welcoming. The Fitness Room should not be called so. The equipment there is very limited. But they do offer access to a gym club close to the hotel. Housekeeping was not always good. Very noisy A/C - Heater.

The beds were very comfortable, the location was convenient, and the hotel is beautiful. Staff were helpful and curteous with the exception of the incident described below.

My son got married the weekend we stayed. We had a total of 6 rooms. I paid for 3 rooms and I had 3 problems. The first happened when your concierge asked if he could assist us. I said yes, I would appreciate if he would hail a couple of cabs as we needed to go to 44th Street. He said it would be tough to get a cab because of the weather, but "we" have some Vans that would take you. I was given the impression that they were the hotel's vans. He said nothing about a fee. When we arrived and proceeded to tip the driver, he ran after us and said the fee was $40.00. I paid the fee but feel like I was duped for a 11 block ride. Also, the floor that I stayed on reeked of marijuana the entire time and the television in one room did not work

Very good location. The bed was very comfortable. I had an actual view out with city lights rather than toward an interior stairwell or elevator shaft or something. It was very clean.

I didn't think the front desk or concierge was very knowledgeable except for very basic stuff. The rooms are very small. Mine was medium sized and that was good for one person. I can't imagine what small is.

well located for a city trip, easily reachable from airport and perfext starting point for discovering the city.

I did not think the receptionist was friendly. Room size extremely disappointing.

Pleasant staff allowed us to check in early. The room furnishings were high class and everything was esceptionally clean.

I liked the cleanliness, the location and the relation price/quality. I would prefer a less noisy air conditioned system and a harder bed (but this is a matter of personal preference).

There is limited hot water in the morning. When I wanted to take a shower after 9:30 AM the water was cold.
