午前中に到着したが、快くチェックインしてくださったり、スタッフの対応はとてもよかった。 コロンバスサークル周辺に用事があった私にとって、最高のロケーションだった。 部屋も広々しており、ブロードウェイ側にバルコニーもあり、大変よかった。 夜は色とりどりのライトでライトアップされて目立って、見つけやすかった。 ロビーのBGMの音量が大き過ぎた。クラブのようで、うるさかった。 部屋は１３階だったが、部屋まで響いていた。 |

ポーター等の制服も可愛い。フロントのスタッフも親切。ロビーもお洒落。客室もシンプルで清潔（白を基調にブルーライトやブルーの絵が飾られていてお洒落感はあるけれど、暖かみのあるインテリアを好む人には不向きかも・・・）。ただ狭い。ルームサービスの食事も美味。私は利用していませんがspaが併設されているのでspa目的の人には便利だと思います。57th stationの出口から20秒なので駅が近く便利。 特に不満点はありませんが、予約した時の宿泊料金と請求されて料金に誤りがあった。勿論控えも持って行ったし指摘したところすぐに処理してくれたので問題は無かったけれど・・・。（システムを入れ替えた際の不手際だと説明していました・・・）当たり前だけれど、予約の際の控えとチェックアウトの際の金額チェックは必ずした方が良いと思います。勿論別途請求されるタックスや諸費用も頭にいれたうえで・・・。 |

It was in a convenient location. The size of the room was decent by Manhattan standards. I also took advantage of the free internet connection. My room was located on the street side and was noisy at night and early in the morning as a result. The hotel should sound proof these rooms. I would have appreciated a coffee maker in the room. |

Kevin, the guy who takes care of the concierge during the mornings. Great help and he always had a smile in his face. The elevators were too slow as there were non guests using it to go to the lounge on the rooftop. |

Like the ambience and cleanliness. Service staff (excluding IT) was more than helpful and always available. Did not have wireless internet, and the wired system did not work. Also could not get IT on the phone to assist. I was allowed to use the Concierge's computer, however I kept getting knocked of the site when I was trying to book air flights. |

the dream hotel is situated in a strategic position.in front of the hotel there is the metro station and in 5 minutes you can stay at the fifth avenue by feet. the room was small |
