Score from 133 reviews Wonderful
We arrived just after quite a heavy snowfall. Springdale was a winter wonderland, and Driftwood Lodge was warm, spacious and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the quick access to Zion National Park that the Lodge afforded us.
Room was large and exceeded expectations. Amenities were fine and the staff was friendly.
The space between the shelf holding the coffee maker and the shelf with the microwave is too narrow. Making coffee morphed into a contortionist's act.
Large room, deck with view, microwave, refrigerator, clean, modern.
It's minor issue, but the wife requires a login after every use.
Easy to go hike
I want spa or sauna
Friendliness of staff. Two entrances to room.
No continental breakfast.
Good location Clean rooms Comfortable beds
Very unreliable WiFi Noisy bathroom fan No restaurant or cafe (closed 2 years ago)
Wifi was very poor
It was conveniently located near the park. The room was huge. Friendly staff. In the winter they do a voucher deal with Oscar's restaurant rather than do a breakfast at the hotel. This was a very good value.
Rooms are a little outdated but since we were there for the park, it didn't bother us much.
Great location with delightful walk to the river and soaring cliff views. Large spacious immaculately clean rooms. Great to have tea and coffee making options as well.
Kitchen was closed for the winter but great options nearby. Wifi connection very spasmodic, we were near the mountains so perhaps understandable.
We loved the view and the location on our first visit.
On our second visit, our room had no view and seemed was ridiculously large. The TV seemed to be 20 feet away from the bed and there was a lot of unused space. It felt like they made a bedroom out of a warehouse.
The room was spacious and the bed were extremely comfortable. There is a shuttle stop right in front of the hotel for easy access to Zion National Park. I would definitely recommend this place to any friends visiting Zion.
The wifi was terrible, but it forced me to escape (slightly) which may have been a blessing in disguise.
Loved the very comfortable and spacious king suite. Very nice view of mountains from the windows. Had a balcony. No breakfast but got a 5 dollar voucher for breakfast at the excellent Oscars cafe
This was a great place to stay at. Close to Zion NP and also great as a base.
Nothing comes to mind.
A wonderful lodge, near Zion National Park. It is a relaxing area with an access to the river. The room was nice & spacious with a large balcony. The staff is very friendly & helpful.
The heating system was too noisy.
The breakfast option, since we were off season we were still able to get breakfast at a close location, oscars for 5 bucks and it was great. I appreciated this!
Nice quiet room on the 2nd floor - comfortable bed with great bedding. Room had a large balcony with 2 chairs and a nice view.
Located at the west end of town, a little too far to walk into town but a short drive to everything including the park.
Great location Staff very friendly & helpful Big sized rooms & beautiful terrace Breakfast at Oscar's was amazing!
WiFi connection was quite poor
The location was perfect, easy check-in and check-out, very friendly staff and the views are great. Very quiet too
WiFi was a little weak a times
The view off my balcony was breathtaking. 2 sweet horses were there in a small area that visitors would go and pet. Sunsets were something to behold! Small refridge, and microwave helped. Ample suite with lots of room/value for the money.
It didn't bother me, but for the first week of November, the spa and pool were closed for low season. Though may not be the most perfect place in the world, for the money and location, it'd be hard to beat.
The staff was very nice and helpful.
Not enough light for reading and that TV was too smallfor the size of the room. Too far away to watch in bed.
Loved the balcony.
Excellent accommodation with very good facilities and mountain views. Loved the pool, spa and breakfasts.
a little bit further from Springdale restaurants than we expected
The Driftwood Lodge is a wonderful place to stay if you plan to visit Zion National Park. The lodge is very clean with spacious rooms and an amazing view from the patio. I was expecting a continental breakfast but was pleasantly surprised to find a hot breakfast! Perfect if you are planning a day of hiking. I would definitely stay there again.
