nice, well run little hotel in a great neighborhood. great staff. good experience. nice breakfast.

Every single staff member at hotel Drisco makes you feel valued at each interaction. This special hotel is located in the probably most luxurious residential neighborhood in SF. Great views, safe, quiet. No parking problem. There are a few vibrant restaurant areas within a mile walk. It's a bit of a climb to walk back of course.

The hotel is pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for.

The hotel has lots of character and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Everyone at the hotel was fantastic. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant as was everyone I encountered at the hotel. The breakfast and wine reception were great.

Hotel Drisco is an amazing place to stay, but only if you like to relax and have some quiet time away from the usual noisy touristy hotels! Hotel Drisco is almost like being at home... cozy, peaceful, warm and comforting! Staff, decor, breakfast, and wine reception is fabulous! There is always coffee and tea ready when you come in... even late! Enjoy!

Great hotel with superb comfort and service.

Friendly & helpful staff. Excellent accommodation. Amazing location in the most beautiful suburb of San Francisco. Breakfast was absolutely delicious & nightly wine tasting very enjoyable. Availability of bicycles for loan was extremely helpful.

It was a little far from where I was going ....but the taxi cost was offset by the free parking.

Extremely comfortable and relaxing with very helpful staff. This was especially the case thanks to Raisa who offered her personal supply of gluten free cereal to my husband who has coeliac disease.

Omitted to have available gluten free bread as requested, and noted, at the time of booking. It would be easy to keep a small supply of gluten free bread in the freezer for such an occasion.

Location in Pacific Heights removes you from most of the urban confusion. Lovely homes in the surrounding neighborhood and free street-side parking avoiding valet charges. The breakfast buffets were better than expected, serving smoked salmon and Brie on weekends. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating our specific needs.

Front desk staff was less friendly than maids, food staff, bellmen etc. It is a small intimate lobby and front desk staff were kind of cold and rigid, not greeting guests returning from the days activities. Our group all noted and commented upon this.

It has been around for 100 years. It is special. The amenities are fantastic, but it is expensive. We have been back 4 times and will continue to do so. We love its charm. And the people.

Wish everything nice didn't always cost so much... :)

Large room, comfortable bed, friendly staff

Lack of tea and cofee at the room, modest breakfast, very cold floor in the bathroom, fruit was not fresh at the room, dust on the window sills. It was cold in the room. The hotel didn't respond to request for trasfer order by e-mail. The transfer is unreasonably expensive.

1. Wine reception every evening. 2. Continental breakfast is excellent. 3 Staff goes above and beyond to accomadete request.

No complaints about this Hotel. We stay here evertime we visit San Francisco. Always satisfied.

Quiet location but near restaurants, etc - Parking did not turn out to be a problem with nearby street parking - enjoyed the happy hour and generous breakfasts in the dining room - amenities were good. I've noticed that more hotels are offering complimentary happy hours and breakfasts, and it really is a big draw. It would be great to have the gathering area set up for better socializing among guests in the late afternoon happy hour. I didn't notice any guests mingling. It might have been enjoyable to chat with other guests.

Room was lovely but not spacious. I think we had a queen-sized bed - it felt smaller--perhaps we're just used to a k-size bed. I had asked in my reservation to be upgraded to a king if one came available. mattress moderately comfortable.

Very friendly and accommodating. Physically very comfortable. Great breakfast though not for those who expect cooked meal. Very nice free evening receptions. Great area. Relatively quiet which I liked - might be boring for young party people but great for working or older visitors.

It is quiet and small and the staff is very helpful and friendly

Café da manha muito bom! Localização ótima para quem não quer se hospedar em um Hotel no centro e deseja uma pouco de tranquilidade.

Difícil achar uma vaga para estacionar o carro, pois o Hotel não tem estacionamento. Mas as vezes em que não consegui encontrar uma vaga deixei a chave na recepção e eles estacionaram pra mim.

belle chambre, et super apéro gratuit dés 17H00, de grande qualité. Le quartier en superbe. Pas de difficulté pour garer la voiture, malgré l'absence de parking.

Le bruit de notre chambre proche de la réception, et une fenêtre qui donnait sur la cour intérieur plutôt que sur la ville. Un peu éloigné du centre, mais en voiture c'est très sympa.
