Reception food and breakfast. The staff was so nice and friendly. I will stay there again.
The bed was extremely comfortable and the T.V. was large and very nice.
The bathroom was tiny and cramped.
Everything, especially the staff. Not just at Reception, but everyone was no nice and friendly, and helpful. It makes such a difference. They had a sort of meet and greet Reception with food and drinks every evening for an hour and a half and that was cool and unusual.
I would like it a little nearer town as we had no car for a few days. Taxis are on the expensive side but other than that I have no complaints about the nice friendly staff and it wasn't put on in any way. They were genuinely nice and very helpful.
I liked being able to access room from the lobby or the second floor entrance. It was convenient being near a mall and close to the highway.
The intersection getting to the Drury was a little confusing but it was great being so close to the highway.
Comfortable bed, plenty of pillows. Room was clean and comfortable. Access to elevator from the parking lot was very convenient for loading/unloading luggage. Excellent selection available from the free breakfast, good coffee!
Starting time for breakfast was late; would be better to start at 06:00 instead of 07:00 for early travel.
Convenient location by I-70, shopping and Mizzou campus Granddaughter( aged 10) loved pool side room Hot breakfast AND hot dinner Friendly registration clerk gave us a city map and directions
11:00 AM checkout- noon or 1:00PM would be better
Staff was very nice and friendly. The food was great!
The linens on the beds were horrible! Very uncomfortable! Very stiff bedspread and ugly! Carpets in the room need replaced. This hotel is to expensive.
how small the bathrooms
Although, the area was extremely busy due to the Show Me State Games, the hotel room was surprisingly quiet & much appreciated!
The food and beverage area was difficult to navigate with the large crowd of people, could be rearranged to be a bit easier for both the guests and the staff.
Kickback and breakfast!
Had to leave the pool because kids from baseball tournaments were jumping in splashing on purpose with no parents there supervising the boys...lots of adults were furious and left cause they had taken over the hottub as well!
The staff was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. I have stayed in a LOT of hotels and have not had any better service. The breakfast and happy hour makes traveling with family and feeding them very economical. The atmosphere and service at these functions was very good!
Great location, close to shopping, not far from Missouri University. Very nice breakfast buffet.
Beds were smaller than expected. Pillows were uncomfortable. Thermostat didn't seem consistent with temperature in the room. Air conditioner was loud, sounded like a diswasher or clothes washer.
The beds were comfortable
Pet friendly hotel
Small bathroom area
Regarding the same incident about the snow and ice, while I was removing the snow and ice I had started up the car, while I was busy, the car door locked my out. So here I am with the motor running and all my things inside the locked car. The manager Marisa and Deb(?) went above and beyond to try to unlock the car. After an hour of scrapping and trying to unlock the door and engaging the help of many people something worked and I was able to go on my way. I found the staff friendly and helpful.
While I was there it snowed and my car was encrusted with snow and ice. The car was a rental and did not come with a snow brush to remove the snow. I ended up using a charge card which worked but was labor intensive.
