The staff were excellent, especially the young woman on the 3-11 shift. She was great. The bed was wonderful, very comfortable. The location was great... easy walk or subway from anywhere in the city. The airconditioning was problamatic. When it came on, it blew 'freezing' cold air straight down on us at night. We were constantly pulling covers on, then pushing them off, as the temperature went up and down. It was rather loud and uneven. Less critical was the fact that we could hear every word that was said out in the hall. No sound from other rooms, unless one was in the hallway, and then you could hear everything. |

The location. The mattress was OK (better than 1 star, rather like 2 star or better). The staff was willing to keep the luggage until 5 p.m. the day of check-out. The hotel is wrongly given 4 stars. A fair rating would be 2 stars. The room was very small. The shower was dirty. The entrance to the room is winding through narrow corridors, and does not seem fire safe. It is obvious this building was not originally constructed for hotel purposes and that it has been converted into a hotel, but unfortunately a normal hotel standard has not been obtained. |

The hotel was well positioned to a no. of subway lines. It was close to Soho and Nolita for great shopping. Clean comfortable rooms. The position next to a main road made it quite noisy especially around peak hour traffic. The hotel vibrated when a train ran through in the subway. |

Clean rooms. Nice location. Small rooms. Almost no space in closet. Beds comfortable. Bathroom ok. Could have used a fridge. Hooks in bathroom for bathrobes is a must! Fridge as well!! |

The rooms (2) were stylish and chic and sleek and fully outfitted. It is nyc so the room of course was not huge, but it was very roomy and well- organized and complete. Not only that, it was "fun" to just be in the space! Floor-to-ceiling windows, we could open up the shades and watch the city go by from the comfort of our very comfortable bed and room. |

loved the area and convenience to my son and all the great food stops and pubs. Staff were amazing and the room and bathroom were very clean. I absolutely love the fact that there are no carpets in the room. I think that is something all hotels should adopt. The bed was very comfortable. room was a little small but not too much of a problem as we were out most of the time. didn't get a chance to try the cafe downstairs unfortunately. |

The small room spaces were well-utilised, with nice bath amenities. The location of the hotel is convenient and best of all, quiet. The front desk staff are very attentive and helpful. The rooms are tiny but my only real complaint was that the bedsheets were torn 3 nights of my week stay. The cleaning staff needs to be more attentive to this. |

This hotel was quite comfortable once we requested an upgrade from our existing room. The staff were quite pleasant and the rooms were quiet. Make sure you are on the 3rd floor or above so as not to feel the trams or hear the street traffic. Check the room size, our initial room couldn't fit our suitcases around the bed. |

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and could even supply us with a New Zealand power adapter! The beds are very comfortable but the bed bases seem to be designed to catch ankles and I have bruises to prove it! |

Location is really good, close to subway station and nice restaurants; Typical NY small rooms, but nicely decorated,; to have free W-Lan is a great advantage in NY to get all the information you need over the web Housekeeping is not really constantly checking if everything is filled up - but after a phone call you get everything instantly |

My room was very comfortable and the bed was absolutely lovely. I also love the fact that you get NY Times delivered to your room every morning. The restaurant was super-expensive (breakfast 25 dollars!) but there is a very good and cheaper diner close by called Jerry's Diner. So if you want breakfast, go there. |

Great price for the area. Stylish, clean, comfortable. The room was very small and the room shook slightly when subway went by. |

The staff was very considerate and upgraded our room when we got there. We asked for early check in and it was ready. We look forward to booking at your site again for this hotel or wherever we travel. I would definately recommend this hotel as it is in a great location and very stylish. We love boutique hotels. Of course it was a snow storm the morning we had breakfast but the service at the restaurant was a bit lackluster. |

Nice hotel, very enthousiastic staff, they served us some brownies for free in the evening. They serve great aromatic american coffee! It's a hidden jewel in Manhattan for a really fair price. The only problem was that although my reservation was for a king bed they gave me a queen bed. |
