Clean comfortable rooms Great connectivity Excellent location Modern NYC styling
Rooms very small
We had a great stay
top location, close to all major tube stations, lot of good restaurants and breakfast stores (try Zucker's) around, service was excellent and very helpful
noise from water intake/sewage system was soemwhat disturbing at night, service was looking into the problem but could not fix it (leading to medium performance assessment, otherwise it would be good plus)
The location is great as are the staff. The access to Equinox gym down the street is super.
The price is high. The air conditioning in the room I had is very loud and blows right on your head while laying in bed. So it's hard to keep it on at night. Also the elevator is loud if you have the room right across.
Great location, very nice and helpful staff; next time in NY - probably here again!
Location small quaint
Bed was comfortable.
No coffee pot, no shower door, no room.
Great location right next to good Subway lines. Really fresh, well equipped modern room - loved the Nespresso machine in my room. Great area, felt really neighbourly to be in & local restaurants were also very good.
It's a boutique hotel so not really any extra facilities - not that you really need them in NYC but thought I'd point that out;)
The staff was wonderful. The bed was extremely comfortable. Overall, it was just an excellent experience.
Strong hotel in great location with excellent rates for the area and size of rooms; awesome decor; great shower and bathroom; staff was on point; restaurant was quiet, but enough
comfortable bed and pillows. Good internet.
Shower that doesn't close was strange, but not really a problem.
The bed is super comfortable, room modern with hardwood floor and staff very helpful!
The opening hours/days of the hotel restaurant. Room service disorganised; my room was serviced in late afternoon.
Booked a room for four, confirmation unperceptibly indicated 3, and the hotel said only two per room. Had to pay for an additional room
The beds were great
Obviously, a one person at a time bathroom!
The locations brilliant and you get great value for money. Staff is so helpful. Will deco come back and recommend to friends and family.
Not a bit
The staff was EXCELLENT. Very friendly and accomodating. I loved the location- the style of the hotel- the bar and reataurant downstairs- the rooms - It was all VERY good. I will stay here again.
The rooms were very well laid out and well furnished. Comfortable beds.
The room was on the first floor and the room could be seen through from the street by passerby's. We. Also noticed the subway ran directly under the hotel and we felt vibrations. For the amount you spend the rooms were poorly insulated.
We got married, tha staff was awesome to us
Bar and restaurant hours
A little gem of a hotel. Great staff. Great location. Always a great stay, that's why it's my number one choice when in NYC.
Nothing to dislike.
Window shade was broken and took two days to fix it. Till then, the room was dark even in the day time. Shower booth floor was moldy.
Staff was great-- especially Emi. Rooms did not have carpet on the floors which I really like. It gave the rooms a real clean feeling.
We were a group of three persons. We had a room with two big beds. So in one bed we had to sleep two persons. The matress were of such poor standard that we were squised like sardines.
Clean, nicely decorated rooms. Good beds! Location was very nice, walking distance from places to eat breakfast, dinner, or pop in just for fews :)
Soundproofing between rooms were'nt, eh, not so good, but still, noice from the street didn't bother at all
