Hyatt Dulles at Dulles International Airport    

Great location, very near to Airport, had a pleasant stay at this beautiful hotel with excellent facilities.

Clean, well appointed, good bar, all the good newspapers,shuttle service to and from airport

Staff and their reediness to help you they are so kind and friendly

rooms are so small and they give you a 3 adult room with only one bad which is so lain

Malia, the Hyatt staff who checked me in, was especially courteous and helpful. Represents Hyatt exceptional service level very well.

We had to fly out early in the morning from the Dulles ia. We therefore opted for a hotel near the airport rather than having to leave very early from wdc. Thanks to Trip advisor the Hyatt Dulles was a wise choice. Dulles Hyatt is a fantastic property built in a business district located around an artificial lake, decorated with works of art and benches to relax. We used the free shuttle twice to go from the hotel to the airport and from there to wdc. It runs every 30 minutes and was always on time (12 min. Ride). Every one of the three different drivers was very courteous and friendly. The junior suite was spacious, quiet and the bed comfortable. Air traffic was not an inconvenience. The hotel lobby is spacious and cordial with a relax atmosphere. My view, contrary to some opinions expressed, is that the buffet breakfast is fully worth its price ($ 19.). The same comment applies to the menu offered at the restaurant, adjacent to the bar, and the quality of the food served. The staff, whether from the concierges, attendants at the reception, servers and drivers are exceptionally efficient and courteous. Special thanks to the cook and the server who made every effort to ensure that we can enjoy the buffet breakfast somewhat before opening hour. We were at the airport on time and well fed.

Your food and location

When I first open the door, I thought I was in the wrong hotel. I had originally booked the room with the request of a king size bed and a non-smoking room. The room smelled like mold, smoke, the tub was dirty and there were white bugs top of white bed blanket ; the entire room was second poor class. I would have probably done better at the motel 6 and saved my money. Also, your prices are too high for what you have to offer. Another colleague was charge $180 for the same room. This is very strange. To check for the bugs - just put a black pair of slack and they will jump right on it. You should call the health department. Next time I will book at the Hilton.

When I book in Hyatt I don't think I well stay in comfortable hotel But I found it defrent what I thought since I get the shuttle bus until i leave the hotel the employed at reception and the mangers at the shift were very excellent .

Restaurant was good, staff friendly and high quality rooms.

Bedroom walls were so thin that I could hear both ends of a conversation on a mobile phone in an adjoining room. Poor.

location is very convinient,clean,budget friendly,great overnight stop for travellers,i recomend strongly.

no body to help with luggages, also breakfast start at 6.30 when most of the travellers hast leave just before,shuttle s are 5.45 and 6,15 but there was an open shop selling sandwiches before 6.30,you miss the breakfast you paid for,and had to buy a lousy sandwich....

Old furnature needs an upgrade room door as if some one tried to break in hallway carpets all torn up ugly for hyatt.

Food great and service excellent. Room well maintained. Hotel layout especially lobby area very inviting. Love the shuttle service.

All was well- except smokers did not seem to have an area- thus they smoked in entry way. Didn't seem to be a container for butts- thus Cigarette butts strewn on ground in front entrance area detracted from outside look.

Staff very helpful and friendly. The breakfast which came with our room was exceptional. Many choices and tasteful.

Only thing was the way charges are added for water in the room and for internet in the room.

Nice view of Northern Virginia. Gym was well equipped. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel lobby was disorganized, sloppy and cluttered. Our room didn't have a fridge. Wireless internet was not free. Everything I just mentioned is common in most hotels of this caliber.

早朝のフライトだったため前泊ということで利用しました。空港から近いことや１０分程度で近くのスーパーマ- ーケットに行けるので場所はとてもよいとおもいます。他のホテルと比較して値段が安かったことからこのホテ- ルを選びましたが、キングサイズの部屋を利用できとても快適でした。
