My viewed hotels
Judy the owner was great, giving us a warm and friendly welcome. The place feels like home and our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was really good and it make a lovely change having a real person to cook it for you. The Dumplin patch is unique for its individuality and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
Breakfast Bedroom Garden Silence All the forniture and stuff
It is far from the Grand Canyon. The shower was broken.
The proprietor (Judy) was so welcoming and friendly. The breakfast cooked by Eva was excellent. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The property itself was the perfect place to stay. Only 25 - 35 minutes drive to the South Entrance of The Grand Canyon.
Not a thing.
Absolutely charming! Judy is a fabulous host and her accommodations are unique and very comfortable. Breakfast was yummy and homemade and homemade dinners are also an option, prepared for you by a chef that is brought in. We absolutely loved staying here and would absolutely visit again!
The house is amazing!
Really hard to find it.
Nice big room in old fashioned english style. Quiet. VERY nice full breakfast every morning. Nice landlady that talked to all guests in the morning and gave tips. About 35-40 minutes drive from Grand canyon national park.
Staff is amazing, so accommodating! We stayed in the "shack" but don't let the name scare you this is a super cute little cabin, with everything you could need during your stay. The breakfast was made fresh daily and we enjoyed meeting the other guest who were also staying on property. Judi and her staff really made us feel like family. Recommend to anyone and everyone! I can't wait to stay here again.
No large super markets or many restautants very close by. Just a tip-stop in a larger city to pick up the essentials so you don't have to waste your money on over priced bottles water at the gas station!
Friendly athmosphere Deliciuos breakfast Clean and very nice room
Friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was good.
Should be warned beforehand that the nearest place to buy food other than a local restaurant is over 30 minutes drive away.
Very nice place. Great hospitality. Breakfast was excellent too. Location very good as well.
The bed was very comfortable, and our host was wonderful! She was friendly and marvelously helpful as we prepared for the rest of our trip. We loved the whole staff! This was such an unanticipated oasis, a perfect end to one day and beginning of the next! Thank you so much!!
Hostess Judy and grandchildren meal serving assistants. Plus chef Eva served excellent breakfast with wide variety in her buffet...all delicious!
Very unique. Would stay there again. Staff members where wonderful hosteses.
The shack was lovely and everyone so friendly!
Nice breakfast room & food
Tv not working, no space in the closet & drawers, 2 plugs not working, no surface spaces to use, overloaded with personal items of owner. Showerhead unreachable for small people.
Nicely appointed room and very personable staff
It was a little warmer in the room at night than I like it. Ceiling fan helped but I wish I had been able to cool the room down a few degrees.
Really friendly owner. Unique rooms.
The cottage is lovely.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and plentiful. We also enjoyed the other guests we met as we ate our meals together.
A family came in quite late and kept us from being able to sleep until after midnight. We already have discussed this with the owner.
The Dumplin Patch was clean, cozy, quaint and comfortable. The food was so yummy and plentiful. I'd give this B&B an A++. Scott & Bonnie from Saint Peter, Minnesota
What I didn't like was that we only had time to stay one night! It called for me/us to stay longer and be refreshed.
Super lovely cottage for people visiting Grand Canyon. The location is not that close to Grand Canyon cost about 30min drive, but it is a quite village and super suitable to watch the starry night if you step outside a little bit( almost no light in night). We had a fun time in watching stars and drinking wine:). The landlady is super nice. Her family's photos are displaying in the rooms, which makes me feel a home.
The only drawback is that we were woken up by noise in the morning.
The ladies at the Dumplin Patch were great, welcoming, and fun. Instead of feeling like part of an assembly line you feel like a real valued person. It was a very good time and my mother loved it.
very clean, very good breakfast, very helpful owner, good location for grand canyon, quiet, comfortable large bed, clean but small bathroom
as we didn´t book dinner in advance we had to eat in the little town near the park entrance.
