The check in clerk had no idea about restaurants in the area which is surprising since there is no food service at the motel. The booking said that hair dryers were available upon request. They were not! There was no drinking glass in the room, not even a plastic one.

It is a good hotel, but... No internet service and not so close to real good places to eat. Lot of them belongs to Asian People and their strange dishes. I like the omnibuses services, good lines with excelent routes. That is a "must". In general is a hotel that I will be back. 1-The desk clercks. They informed to the people who went to pick me up, that "I was not registered on the hotel." 2-They did not wanted to take messages for me. So I was unable to talk with the people I needed to talk on the very moment. 3-Kudos to the mexican guy. He knows how to be a very good hotelier.

Location near my father house and the price. No microwave, no flat iron and hair dyrer as stated on the reviews, and the tv broke down on our last night

Location Alot of noise from others coming and going at all hours of the night. Hair in the towels from previous guests and the bathroom was not the cleanest.

1)The room had a smoky odor. 2)There were no top lock and was a little insecure. 3) I didn't like that my drivers license was scanned and kept in computer. Im worried that someone could steal my identity. 4) Could provide some conditioner and body lotion.

Quite and clean but iron and board shoud be in the rooms along but a microwave in every room for the price of our stay. Could not get extra pillows for the last last day of our stay due to a storage of staff

Good Location - if staying is intended to work all day at office and only sleep at the hotel at night. No restaurants / fast food or any shops in walking distance, except for the snack shop just opposite inside an office building (even they are closed on weekends and open till 5 on weekdays.)

The hotel was just what we needed. A nice pool and privacy after 2 weeks around california. Stayed for 5 nights - okay value for money. The room was clean and the hotel staff was frindly. The coffe could be better or even better a coffee maker at the room

The staff was unprofessional and rude, the room was not clean and smelled strongly of smoke even though I requested nonsmoking. This hotel is not worth the money!

Fair value for modest price Cant say I didn't like as this is 2 star hotel, door locks simple, no bath gel only soap. But anyway fair for what you pay.

Très bien situé pour visite de la ville. Principale carence de l'hotel : pas de possibilité d'y prendre un petit déjeuner, ce qui est dommage lorsque l'on voyage en famille avec enfant. Hotel un peu vieillot mais bien entretenu dans l'ensemble.

“Joseph read my requests in advance to arriving and provided us with the perfect room!! We were both very pleased with the attention to detail and the overall "over and beyond" effort from the entire staff. Everyone always smiling and helpful and eager to assist in any way.
