location is very good. Staff was helpful and friendly
condition of property is slipping. oven door had large rust patches, rooms are a little worn, welcome to myrtle beach book was torn up, in room info about hotel was nonexistent etc.
Loved the lunch/dinner facilities. Can't wait to bring my grandchild to enjoy the indoor pools and slides. Staff was excellent. Oceanfront view was wonderful. Loved the fact that you could stay at the facility all day and enjoy everything Myrtle Beach had to offer.
Bed was extremely hard. The rooms had a awful smell. Breakfast was too expensive. Didn't like how every time you asked for directions that someone tried to sell you a timeshare visit.
Appearance when we walked in. The lady at the desk was absolutely wonderful. Her personality and helpfulness was beyond compare. Everyone who worked there was very cordial and helpful.
The resort is packed full of stuff to do and great location! The rooms were very nice and spacious. Kids will have a blast!
The beds were that of what I would expect in a 2 star hotel! Very hard to sleep on!
Staff were friendly. The easy access to the beach.
It needs a little updating the room looks a little old
A nice place if you like a lot of activities. The beach and pool facilities and food were excellent.
I loved the place. My son and family had been there before but I never had. I made us a reservation and was absolutely amazed at what a great place it was to stay. I am going to bring my other sons younger children with me the next time I come back.
terrible frontdesk service
Location. Rooms. Balcony and kids activities.
Wish the pools were open longer.
We liked the location on the beach and the pools
The parking was terrible, we had to park across the street, no air in the elevators or halls
This was our first stay at the Dunes and it won't be our last. The amenities for children is awesome. There is so much to do to keep them busy. Great rooms and clean establishment. The staff were very friendly and helpful!!
room was very clean
not anything with in walking distant
The pools, slides, lazy rivers are the best. Beach access is great. Location is great outside road not overly busy. Parking garage is a plus.
A bit more attention could be paid to the kitchen floors, they were quite dirty.
I really liked the service, the fun you have without going anywhere else and the rooms were great.
The beds were not as comfortable as other places and there were not any plastic cups.
View Location 2 TV's 2 Dressers (storage space) Balcony Seperate dressing area/sink/vanity/extra outlets.
Having someone knock on my door 3 times in the AM prior to checkout asking when I was leaving. No (do no disturb" sign; you have to ask for it at front desk. Have to go through pool maze to get to beach. 3 sinks & only 1bar of soap. Parking garage far away from hotel.
Very nice and comfortable
Only had an issue with the toilet being stopped up and maintenance was gone.. No plunger but luckily we had a second bathroom..
Full kitchen and laundry in room.
Water park having direct access to beach
We saw a roach on counter in kitchen didn't report it to hotel wasn't best thing to see but overall our stay was wonderful
I like that the valet parking wasn't that expensive. It was very comfortable staying here. The waterparks was amazing. Even adults could have some kiddie fun. I will definitely come back.
we had a wonderful time.next time we will stay longer.the Alabama Theatre, great food, and the beach.
The pools and the facilities for the children were great. We were there with my son and his family. Our little guy liked the lazy river etc. The room was nice. It felt clean and was spacious. Staff was friendly.
The parking situation was ridiculous. It was across and down the street. You had to walk so far just to get your car if you wanted to go anywhere. Also they told my son who was there at same time they would put our rooms close to each other and they put us in different buildings. One day they never came to clean our room. We had to chase down the maid to get clean towels. We have stayed many places over the years and there are other places at MB where you get the same accommodations for way less money.
I liked all the different options for the kids, they were never bored here!I liked that there was two dining options on site, the staff was so nice & good with the kids in the water parks.
I didn't like to have to go to the other hotel to workout, they should have one in each hotel.I didn't like that parking was across the street. We also had trouble with the wi-fi everyday.
Indoor pool and location fronting beach
Top bed covers
Pools for the kids and away from the busyness of south Myrtle. Everything needed and attractions were close by.
Wasn't asked how my stay was during checkout. The person in front of me was asked.
Indoor water park, access to the beach
Need a car to go to the myrtle beach strip , but you need a car in Myrtle Beach anyway
