The staff was great--very friendly and accomodating. The facility was nice, rooms clean. The king size bed was the absolute worst bed we have ever slept in---it was like a ROCK. We planned on staying 2 nights but shortened our stay to just the first night because the bed was absolutely horrible. Got no rest. We would only recommend this hotel if you like sleeping on a bed that feels like a board.

Great Staff, nice bed linens and clean duvet covers. Also lots of electrical outlets! Great room! the heat was on when we arrived in our room...set on 72. Too hot for me and considering the temperature outside was in the 60's too warm for the weather. I did turn the air on but maybe in the future set the heat lower...like 68. I t wouldn't take long for a room to warm up if guests wanted it warmer than 68.

Very clean and new, although the hampton inn is a little pricey, I always want to stay with them because I know they are clean and very helpful. Thanks for giving us a small discount, we are in the area because my father is at the duke hospital.

Afternoon manager's buffet was very inviting and tasty There is no signage whatsoever guiding the driver to the entrance of the hotel. With all the ramps leading back to I-85 better signage is esssential to avoid errors and accidents

The hotel was very clean and well-run. A lot of thought had been put into the rooms as well as the common areas. Nice gym and indoor pool. Great location directly off of I-85, but not affected by traffic noise.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was great. Also, the location was only 3 minutes from our daughter and it was very easy to get to other parts of Durham.
