Duval Gardens  

Nice quaint room located right off the "small" pool. Location was great on the quiet end of Duval Street. Nice continental breakfast.

Parking very limited but did not have to move the car the three days we were there - we walked everywhere.

Location, cleanliness, great breakfast, friendly & helpful managers! We look forward to a return.

Accomodations were quite small, but there was lots of storage space. Parking is limited, but we left the car there during our stay.

Great central location. Very cozy atmosphere and nice staff. The room was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast on the front porch was a perfect start of the day. Barbara was great. She helped us a lot with recommendations and reservations.

The location is excellent at the quieter end of Duval St, the breakfast on the porch in the main hotel was nice and the staff were very friendly

We were told there had been a problem with our booking so the hotel offered us an "upgrade" to the conch house away from the main hotel, but not being part of main hotel we felt slightly neglected as there are no maid services included we also thought this neglect was reflected in the property, which we felt needed an upgrade particularly the toilet and bathroom, we also had to ask for the pool to be cleaned and we swept the deck ourselves, where as the main hotel and grounds looked spotless, my property rating score is for the conch house and not the main hotel

The friendly atmosphere. Staff was helpful and made you feel right at home.

Christina the owner was great. She puts out a good con. break. The porch is great to sit on and watch the people walking past. Only 7 blocks to Mallery sq. the bed was the most comfortable of all the 7 places we stayed at on this trip. bathroom was great.

Room was nice, clean, comfortable. Location to entertainment and shopping on foot was perfect, without being too close to cause disturbance.

A little pricey. Parking is VERY limited.

It was very quiet and comfy..felt like home.

This hotel is very central and you are within 2 minutes walk to all major attractions of Key West. Rooms are not very big, but are very nicely decorated and are kept clean at all times.

Possibly not the best value for money, but this is Key West, you know.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, the bathroom were re-modeled. One of our new favorite places to stay while in Key West

Centrally located; Clean; Wonderful staff that was extremely helpful in setting up reservations, advising us on sites, etc. Reasonably priced and a very nice breakfast each morning!

Our particular room was a bit on the small side although the bathroom was large.

Very quaint and clean Victorian home. Excellent location in the center of town but quiet side of street. Attention to detail regarding room amenities and overall facilities. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast if you enjoy peace and quiet but at the same time want to be close to everything.

SNOTTY receptionist, uppity and unfriendly. This was our Check-In greeting! We were leaving at 6 a.m. on last day and asked for some breakfast To-Go. We were harshly refused and told they didn't open breakfast til 7 or 7:30. And we just had to deal with it. We left our keys in the room and they said they only found one. So on top of everything else we got charge $15 for a lost key. When this reservation was made in Jan. 2013 for April, the credit card used to hold the reservation was immediately charged one full night's lodging. Usually our CC has been used to hold the reservation and is not charged till check in. What a bummer...only referrals for this place will be BAD ones.

Close location to restaurants and bars along Duval street and to Hemingway house and southernmost point, yet quiet and well appointed. We had a room by the pool that was clean and with a good sized renovated bathroom. Simple but filling breakfast with fresh cut fruit. Reception is closed after 6p, but are available for emergencies after hours. Staff went above and beyond - when our toilet plugged up late one night, one of the staff graciously came by to fix the problem quickly.

Parking is tight - we weren't able to park on site but did get a free spot at the hotel's sister property which was a 5 min walk away

We stayed here for 4 nights as part of a 2 wk tour of Florida and thoroughly loved it. We would happily have stayed longer. It's a small B&B but we loved everything about it, from the friendly welcoming, helpful staff, to the traditional, quaint rooms which have a real home from home feel. Everything was spotlessly clean, breakfast was simple but offered lots of choice and was not rushed. The location is perfect in that it's on the main 'drag' close to all the bars and restaurants, but at the right end so that it's still quite peaceful and you can get a good nights sleep, also close to the small beach area and the other key attractions I.e. the lighthouse, Hemingway's house and the harbour all of which I would thoroughly recommend. In summary a gem of a hotel for a relaxed and chilled out break, thanks to all the staff who made our stay so enjoyable.

Location Room was clean

Manager was very condenscending. Room was the size of a phone booth. Breakfast was very disappointing and very unimpressive. Parking very limited. No water pressure in shower. Room was not cleaned until 4:00 pm Very disappointed with entire experience at this B & B

Wanted to stay longer!

The room was a good surprise, very comfortable and clean. Very nice lady welcoming the guests.

Terrible shower (one drop per week), no heater, Free wi-fi do not reach the rooms.very expensive for that kind of hotel (although every hotel in keywest is way too expensive for was it is).

Good central location. Very clean and tidy. Breakfast was good.

Excellent location in Key West. Clean, comfortable rooms...decorated nicely. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Allowed us to leave our car in their parking lot longer than usual. Excellent continental breakfast in am. Within walking and biking distance to everthing in historic Key West.

Looked very pretty. Very small but comfy.

Couldn't see the TV from the bed because of the netting. Staff disappeared at about 6 pm and never to be found again. A couple who wanted to check in left after waiting quite awhile. Too few towels.
