It was easy to find, the rooms were very nice, it was a relaxing place, not up tight. The breakfast was good, & the staff was nice. They had my reservations messed up, but they did get them sorted out. They didn't have a waffle maker.

I loved the decor in the room! I call it a luxury suite/hotel! Very well mannered employees and cleanliness throughout the hotel! I woul recommend everyone to stay here! I was told it was hot continental breakfast and most of the food was decent but I expected a little more maybe like some scrammbled eggs and sausage or bacon rather than what I got! But overall it was decent! I made the best of it!

I decided to drop off my rental car the night before my flight. I was told I would have to wait about 10 minutes to get picked up once I called for a ride. The first time I called I did not get an answer. I called in 5 minutes and was told I would be picked up in 10 minutes. I called back in 15 minutes and was told the van would be right there. I called 5 minutes latter and was told I never had called and I would be picked up in 10 minutes. My wife and I ended up standing in the cold for over 35 minutes before we finally got a ride to the hotel.

Clean and nice rooms. Fitness center. Different breakfast with fresh fruit. The rooms and all were good but the service was just a mess. It all started at the check in, where we wanted to use a different credit card than the one we used in the booking. Then they messed up a lot of our orders at the bar etc. It wasn't really the staff's fault, I just think they weren't trained right. They worked really hard but didn't know how to do what they were supposed to. Their bar was a total chaos. Very messy and they didn't know how to make drinks. They didn't have Gin&tonic and we had to tell them what kind of alcohol to put in our margarita and Bloody Mary. The food we ordered at the 24/7 menu took over 30 minutes to arrive (we were sitting at the bar and she were making it in a room right next to us) and it didn't have the ingredients the menu said. Very disappointing! I have never experienced anything like it before.
