Location was not bad, very close to main bus route to Longwood Medical area

Other people staying were very loud nearly every night I was there. Children were constantly screaming and playing in the hallways, making it very difficult to do work or get rest.

there was incesant noise caused by the occupant staying directly on the room upstairs which prevented me from having normal sleep and it was not possible to contact the staff for direct complaint. a few other co-occupants i met. also shared similar experience. Also, the internet link was not connecting effectively as expected.

Had pretty much everything I needed

The walls and doors are very thin. The neighbours are noisy and noise from the street was annoying. The AC was shared throughout the building, and as my room was in the basement, with no temperature control, the AC was blasting all night and the room was absolutely freezing. I had to use the space heater since there was no way for me to turn off the AC that the people upstairs apparently wanted on continuously. Annoying.

This was a great place for our family to join us for dinner. The location was ideal, close to transportation and highways. We enjoyed contact with other guests, especially those from other countries. The laundry helped us.

Since we wanted to use the kitchen, the cooking utensils left much to be desired. The goodwill store was a savior.

A localização do Hotel é boa com acesso ao metrô muito próximo. Fiquei hospedado no quarto 1010, um studio com area de cozinha, sala e comodidades como microondas, fogão de mesa, geladeira, pratos, copos e talheres, conjunto de facas e outros utensílios de cozinha. A noite o quarto é silencioso e o custo benefício da estadia é excelente. O sistema de calefação e de ar condicionado funcionou muito bem. O banheiro possui banheira de hidromassagem e o banho é agradável. O enxoval do quarto estava limpo e sem a presença de cheiros estranhos. A cama range muito mas não incomodou o meu sono. O gerente se mostrou atencioso e atendeu as minhas solicitações prontamente.

O maior incômodo para mim foi o cheiro de comida vindo de outros quartos quando havia preparação de refeições. Além disso, não está incluido no preço o servico de limpeza do quarto que fica por conta do próprio hóspede ou pode ser providenciado pelo Hotel com pagamento a parte. A televisão não tem controle remoto.

Studio de bom tamanho, cama confortavel, cozinha equipada, roupas limpas sem odor, banheiro claro e limpo, gerente um tanto introspectivo mas atencioso e prestativo. Recomendo pela localizacao (metro na esquina), relacao qualidade preco muito boa.

Faz falta pia na cozinha ,pois lavar louca na pia do banheiro eh desconfortavel, mas deu certo.

Beaucoup de chambres sont utilisées pour résider "en famille" et non pour séjourner alors qu'elles ne sont pas prévues à cet effet. Il y a beaucoup de bruit à la fois des adultes et des enfants jusque tard dans la nuit. Un problème de plomberie non résolu (chasse d'eau qui fuit et qui fait du bruit de manière continue). J'ai choisi cet hôtel pour le prix (100 dollars pour une chambre d'une personne) au lieu de 200 dollars à cette période à Boston en général. Je regrette de ne pas avoir pu me reposer véritablement après des journées usantes de congrès. Office généralement fermé.

I stay there for two weeks, it's old and noisy each other. The value is higher. Location can meet my purpose. Others just so so.

Price and the facilities

I really had a big appartment fully equipped, it was quit and I slept well and I fekt secure there. Although the furniture etc, is standard, the whole bulding and environment, which is close to the green line, made a good impression on me.

Although I didn´t see many people there, I had the impression most people living there come from somewhere in the Middle East, and the always behave as if they want to hide something: the women their faces, e.g. In the lobby there are pictures of Mekka, and one muscle packed security guard cleary was Arabian, too. Well, principally I prefer an environment where the majority are Westerners, at least when I am in the West. Another point was the appartment. Living in the first floor, water came from the second floor leaking in the first. I put a bucket there, but actually that should not happen.

I went to Boston to run the Boston Marathon and to have a holiday; the apartment fitted my needs with the respect of being quite and safe. It was great value for money considering what the hotels were charging in Boston.

Nothing really, other than the events that surrounded the marathon.

Heating wasn't up to par

The staff was very friendly and helpful, upgrading our stay to a larger apartment for no additional charge. It has parking onsite, behind the building. It had plates and pans and we could cook.

Some of the residents (especially those above us) had small children and they were running and making noise until 12 in the night, sometimes later.

At times not quiet enough, not all respect the other people's need for quiet.

Close to the T line. The kitchen had adequate pots and pans. Responsive manager for my request to be moved to another unit. Parking for $50 for week was a good value.

1.Noisy tenants. Many young families live here and children run through hallways playing ball or chasing each other until midnight. Structurally, there is no insulation for sound as the wood floors creak even when you walk quietly. The water pipe noises kept me awake for 2 nights until I asked to move to another unit. 2. Mice were scurrying between the kitchen and the living room sofa the last 2 days. 3. Mattresses in both units were rock hard; no washcloths, just towels 4. mold in bathrooms 5. no instructions for air or heat.

Este apartamento no tiene servicio de limpieza. Algo sucio y descuidado. Los inquilinos de a lado ruidosos hasta muy noche. El barrio sucio y con algunos vagabundos.

De term "keuken" voor een verzameling losse oude keukenapparaten in een hoekje bijeen gestapeld is een lachertje. Geen afwasbak: afwassen doe je maar in bad. Brandalarm heeft bijna 48 uur geloeid in de gang. Op het gegeven nummer krijg je enkel een antwoordapparaat. Enorm veel lawaai in het gebouw, tot uren in de nacht: niet geschikt voor lichte slapers

The room was not clean, smelled strange, not enough blankets, cold at night, difficult to reach hotel staff.

Location is great... Having a laundry is convenient. It is a good value due to proximity to train station and restaurants around the place.

The rooms however are not maintained by staff during your stay - you are expected to do it yourself. For example, you have to through the trash yourself.
