Front Desk staff usually not at desk even when there was a line. Hotel is a good 15+ minute walk to nearest subway station
Excellent room, nice amenities like free water and free Wifi.
Bed was supposed to be a king but was def not a king. Was just a full.
Hotel is beautiful and we had a great view from the room.
The size of the room, cleanliness and comfort. The staff was very welcoming, courteous and helpful. The decor is modern but very warm.
The breakfast, as far as price goes was way out of line. I would suggest that any traveler take a walk for breakfast.
I liked everything about my hotel room--- I have traveled quite extensively so I really do mean everything,
Nothing not to like.
Staff were very helpful.
Nothing bad at all.
Location, price and the room is extremely comfortable. Highly recommend! !!
Unlike a lot of jaded & faded New York hotels, the Conrad was bright, new and stunning!
Wifi could be improved
We are repeat visitors and don't even consider staying elsewhere. Very quiet, great location and a beautiful hotel.
Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Great atmosphere and room was amazing. Bed could have been a bit more soft.
Loud garbage trucks (even on high floors) around 5am that continued for 30+ min. Paid internet seems ridiculous for a hotel like this. No Hilton Honors benefits if booked through Booking.com.
Room is spacious and sleek. Room service was quite good. Location ideal for meetings at American Express.
The fact that I had to call three days in a row to fix the broken window in our room never fixed the draft continue to come in our room every nite freezing cold. Room 337
I love the big RAIN SHOWERS
The cold New York weather..
The Robes are amazing
A subtle luxurious hotel I must say
Wifi is not included.
Rooms were spacious and very comfortable.
My bill when I checked out but it's nyc and everything is expensive !! Can't complain too much
The staff was very accommodating and the rooms were nice and spacious unlike most NYC hotels
Too modern and cold looking for my particular taste. But that's just my opinion. Good location for our needs that day but quite far from everything otherwise.
Liked the suites concept. Nice to be able to spread out. It was very clean and I liked that the bed had no yucky bedspread or common pillows.
Last room on the corridor
Location to shopping
Good price Nice breakfast menu
Restaurant breakfast Staff!!! Reall bad!
The staff were efficient but not friendly compared to other hotels in New York.
The hotel is modern and very comfortable. It is located a short distance to a subway which allows you to visit other parts of Manhattan.
Lack of vending machines.
Great location - next to the Hudson river, a small park, World Trade Center, and the ferry building. Exceptional standard room - sliding opaque glass partitions create separate bedroom, bar / bath area, and living room. Extensive use of oak in furnishings - added a softness to the nice contemporary decorating. Supremely quiet + river view. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
Sensor in wet bar. Moved a bottle to read the label and was charged.
Layout of the suites, more than ample square footage, rainfall shower head, comfortable bed and linens, attention to detail. Service provided by staff, anticipation of needs, valet service all excellent.
With the exception of the cleaners, every other member of staff we encountered on our seven day trip was rude and useless. Took three attempts and two days to get our breakfast vouchers (which were included in the room rate!). Concierge refused to help with several requests, restaurant staff were regularly arguing with guests and the door staff are the rudest I have ever seen. They even insisted we carry our own bags down flights of stairs but wanted a tip for calling us a cab!
Nothing. New York has many great hotels, this is not one of them.
Paid wifi...???? At a 5* hotel u would expect wifi as standard... Also what is the breakfast voucher about? U hv either paid for breakfast or not
The bed & suite was excellent
