We loved the attention to detail throughout our stay. When we came home for the evening, we found that the blinds in our bedroom had been closed. The bathrooms, specifically the showers, were great! The rooftop bar was cool- the bartender even gave us blankets on the windy night we sat out there.
One thing I didn't like was the automated mini bar - some people I travel with, and I won't name names, like to pick things up and check them out before realizing they're being charged to the room. The front desk was very helpful though, and didn't charge us after seeing everything was unopened and back in its right place.
This is my 10th visit to NYC and the Conrad did not disappoint. Wow views of the Hudson River so much so that I didn't ever want to close the blinds. Breakfast was incredible. Pretty much everything about this hotel screams 5*

the design of the lobby and the specious suite.
very impolite staff
Location Great bathroom Clean Comfortable bed Accommodating staff
Weird decor Coffee machine broken
Room, cleanliness, staff, location. This hotel is beautiful. The rooms are huge and very comfortable. The area is perfect.
Long walk from the room to the front door. The hotel is so big. But that was minor compared to the good things.
Good quality rooms, very comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff.
We didn't touch much, just a half bottle of wine from the mini bar, one tea and coffee and a few extras for breakfast. But touch anything and it costs a LOT. For example, $15 per day just for wifi - a total rip-off when other hotels in the Hilton chain offer a basic wifi for free. There isn't a buffet style breakfast like most hotels, effectively you get to chose from a small list of options or get $20 per person per day as a credit against the main breakfast menu. Can be a queue to get a table for breakfast, wait times up to 15 minutes were quoted.
The hotel looks new. It's a suite so meaning it's relatively spacious.
The valet parking is not complementaty and cost me 65 dollars per night. And we waited 40 mins for the concierge to bring the car over! Totally rediculous. The water of the shower room is not even hot. I waited 25 mins for it to turn hot. It is not a five star hotel service, because I find it very hard to reach the front desk when I call them. Sometimes they simply don't pick up the phone.
Spacious room, good location
Elevators unreliable, Strange opening policy of rooftop bar, Even concierge didn't know about
Great entrance and reception, view from the room (15th Floor) on the Hudson just magical, large room with all you need (perfect shower, nespresso, separate living area). Good food & drinks in bar and restaurant, just watch out early closing (no diner after 10? Just snacks at bar)
No free wifi
The suites were really nice and the lobby is grand and impressive. Nice and helpful staff
Paying a lot of money for poor internet. Lack of pool. That both the downloaded app as well as the service functions on the tv in the suite did not work - it only caused frustration.
Modern facilities, friendly helpful staff very comfortable beds and pillows. Good selection of restaurants close by and close 9/11 memorial gardens and good transportation links.
paying for wifi
the hotel is quite new, and relatively big for NY standard. have a separate living room.
the location is not the best as it is still 7-10mins walk to any of the stations, not much convinient shops around.
friendly staff at the counter, overall room condition
amenities, breakfast(service at the restaurant)
The breakfast was awful and the staff were very rude.
We loved everything about our stay in the Conrad, the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Every one was so friendly.
there is a lot of building work going on in lower Manhattan at the Moment, which is a good thing But it is very noisy almost all of the time.
The facilities are beautiful rooms are spacious and very accomodating
the wifi was not free the food very overpriced but was excellent
Great location for visiting Manhattan . We did travel in the local yellow cabs, which were reasonable, but metro station nearby for travel to and from the main tourist areas. Hotel within walking distance of 9/11 Memorial Garden. Hotel room extremely large. Great for walking alongside the Hudson River
No free wifi. No breakfast in room rate, but café nearby for snacks etc.
I liked everything about this hotel. The decor was amazing and always clean. The location was also amazing, i had the Hudson River view and it was amazing to wake up to every morning.
What i didnt like was, i had this amazing view but the blinds wouldnt stay up, i had to tie them to say up. Also, wifi, i think that should be included in the suite.
Extra charges for breakfast
Felt like the first people to occupy the room. Rooms were very well appointed Staff friendly
We booked via Booking.com and the hotel lost the booking.com booking so we had to prove it at checkout. Breakfast costs a lot !!!!
